What do you like about our products and services?

I love the fact that the products you use are 'green' or as green as possible. The tech that came out, Tom Moody, was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He took time to answer all our questions and explained the process. His service was over the top. I will highly recommend Zerorez as well as Mr. Moody.

We are not thrilled with the outcome of the sealer on the tile. It dried splotchy and hazy. Looks like it should be buffed. Please advise regarding this.

The carpet is so clean and it almost looks new again. The technician did a wonderful job. He was very nice and gave a lot of information on the process.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We were told we needed to pay $120 for pet treatment or sign a waiver saying we know it won't be cleaned. He said if we didn't do the treatment it would still smell and stain. After the treatment, it still left a stain and still smells. Also it seems a little expensive. I went in with the 3 rms for $89 and our bill came to $322. We did do the stairs at 30% off which we had added up front but the quote up front came to just about $150. Just seemed price was high for what we had done. Our dining room carpet area and out little guest room is very small. Also, we moved all of the furniture. This was our first time getting carpets cleaned from anyone. Now other friends say other places move all furniture and actually get pet stains out and smell free the first time. Name removed

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I called for cleaning 3 bedrooms in one of my vacant rent houses. The quote was 89.00, when I got the bill there was an added charge of $8.00, called a fuel charge. That was tacked on without being disclosed when the job was ordered. I don't think that is right, if you want $97 for the job just say that up front. I had a cheaper quote to do the job already, but wanted to give Zerorez a try, even though your quote of $89 was already higher. Then when the job was started, I got a call from the technician telling me that the master bedroom closet would be charged as an additional room. This is not right either, the house was a simple job of a 10'x 10', a 10' x 11' and a 11' x 13.75' master. These are tiny rooms and it is crazy to think you want to hit me with an added room charge to do the 5'x 7" MB closet. You did not make a good first impression. I own 8 houses that I rent out and I was hoping I could find a good carpet cleaner that would give good service at a reasonable price.

The products work well and don’t leave a bad smell. The customer service was excellent. I appreciated that the service was on time and the knowledge of the technicians that they shared with me. In addition, they were very courteous and professional. I am saving now to have my air ducts cleaned and purchase the suggested filters.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

When I scheduled the service, I did not need or require an estimate. I have had upholstery and carpets cleaned many times in my life.

This is a high-end sectional I wanted serviced. I will grant that it is rather large. The technician came to the house and told my wife the cost who then called me with a quote of approx $450, prior to tax. Further, the furniture is not overly stained or in what I would call bad condition. In an effort to bring the cost back down to something reasonable and to see if the service is actually worth the cost, I had instructed two of the three pieces to be cleaned.

The final result visually is that there is little to no appreciable difference. And with tax the final bill was still near $400.

I don't want or require a second cleaning. As I said, it was not in that bad of shape to begin with. With a cat in the house, I had really hoped to extract the dander.

Professionalism goes a long way. The first impression of your company is the moment you answer the phone. The girl who answered the phone made me think, "surely this isn't the right number!!" She sounds like she had much rather be somewhere else.

The best feature that Zerorez has is their employees. From the scheduling phone call to the carpet cleaning professional, Justin, I am thoroughly impressed. Justin called to inform me he was enroute, arrived, promptly set up, explained the process, assured me of the quality, offered extra cleaning services, completed the job in a professional way. The carpet seems to be spotless and fresh. I will use their service again.

I called and made the appt for Friday because we were going OOT and I wanted to get it cleaned and dry while we were gone. When I called to see when they would arrive Friday @ 0915 because I had not been called yet, I spoke with Kelly who said my appt was for Sat. I said that is not possible because I would be OOT. She said there was nothing she could do. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was on hold for 7 min and then Kelly came back, not a supervisor and said that they could come out on Fri before 11. I told her I still wanted to speal to a supervisor like I asked. After being on hold for another 5+ min Elizabeth came on the line and promised a tech would be at my house by 11. 1130 come and nobody shows up. I am set to leave OOT at 1330. I called again, sopke with Kelly again I believe, and she said no I was down for 1Phone number removed appt. I said no, the supervisor promised someone would be at my house by 1100. I asked to speak to Elizabeth again. After being put on hold for another 5+min, She came back, NOT the supervisor and said a tech was on the way and would be at my house in 20 min. Approx 5min later Randy the tech called. He said the office just notified him that I had an emergency and could be at my house in 25-30 min. So I was lied to again because they called him after they spoke with me. Anyway, Randy showed up.He is very polite, nice and informative about the product explaining to me the process. I did not want him to rush because I wanted it cleamed right. He did a great job!!! We left OOT 1.5 hrs later than we planned because of this but Randy and the carpets are great. The customer service on the phone by Kelly and Elizabeth in Carrollton office are less than desirable.

Pricing to clean my kitchen floor was astronomical. I passed. You could have cleaned the closet floors since they are part of the bedroom.
