Randy was our technician and he was excellent. Was very professional and carpet looks like new. We had my mother in laws very stained carpet revitalized!

The technicians did a great job of getting my carpet clean! Your scheduling department needs to be more careful, though. The crew arrived at my house 1 1/2 hrs past the window I was given.
Carpet cleaning was great, but it seems that it was a bait and switch scheme. Yes, the original special I sign up for, but with the stains I had, the additional cost was better and took out 99% of the stains. I didn't see the difference between the treatments. How is the consumer to know what would have happened if only the original treatment was given. Big secret. Also there was a misstep on the technician determination to get the wax off of my floors. He has to come back to do it again. I made this appointment on my day off which was a Federal Holiday, the technician wanted to come back the next day to finish the work. I explain that my days off were only the weekend, and he said he didn't work weekends. So now someone else is going to finish the job.
scheduling was easy, technican contacted us in advance as promised and showed up on time. Service was friendly and well done. It was obvious the tech was careful with his work and and took the time to do it correctly.
On time, good equipment, cleaning done as said, my house was protected using appropriate equipment.
I like the professional manner in which your employees do their work. They are clean and efficient and explain what they are doing very well.

THe first service was less then adequate. The edges of the floor remained dirty and there plenty of missed areas. The company sent a second tech who was relentless is his job and the floor was perfect. He obviously takes great pride in what he does
I liked the way he got the dog urine smell out of my carpet. He was very polite and professional.
I was told by the service man that I would need a pre-treatment because of the pet odor - this costs me an extra $120 - I don't feel like I got my money's worth - my carpet is somewhat cleaner, however not $310 cleaner! I still have some spots that showed up after it dried. He was here literally less than an hour. I am disappointed in the outcome.
Not what i expected.... Looked the same when complete. The gentleman was great and professional but the carpet wasn't like new.... I've cleaned my own carpet before with a rental and it looked better.

Price was not what was quoted and was also told could walk on it right after and then told 4-6 hours and that could ha skin which is why we used you in first place was for less chemicals. Also asked for a morning appointment when first called and when called back with time they told me afternoon was all that was available. Stains also are very visible however the tech did tell me there was a chance of that. So I so not know I anyone else could've gotten them out or not. Perhaps not.
Our technician, Z, was very informative & friendly. We are very grateful for the deduct of one room after we called in when our two hour window became four hours or more. The carpet looks good & we're looking forward to receiving our life time air filter. Z told me to mention that I did not receive my jewlery coupon on my receipt, should I call this in, please advise. Your Technician Valton M was a very courteous person. He did the work very quickly and thorough. I do think a time frame of 4:00 to 6:30 is too late for you to schedule appts., only because if you are the last person it's late to have to schedule the rest of your night.
I am impressed with the professionalism the technician showed and the outcome of the appearance of my carpet when completed.
No chemicals and the results great.

Sam and Russell were courteous, friendly, thorough, and fast. They explained the steps of the process and kept me in the loop the entire time. I was very pleased.
While you say that there is no residue and so carpets should stay clean longer, I already see areas that are looking dingy (the same ones that looked dingy before they were cleaned), so I'm not sure that I think you do a better job than other companies.
Also, how do I go about getting the promised $100 gift certificate to Fuller's Jewelry?
