How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I called for your guaranteed pet odor removal, but after 2 treatments, I still have pet odor. The pet odor isn't from urine or feces, just old dog smell. It is only in one area. I feel like I spent $200 for nothing. While, your techs came back a second time and it improved somewhat, it didn't get rid of the odor. I just gave up. Probably should have called back again, but totally disheartened...

The technician was very nice and thorough. He was cautious when setting up the hoses. The carpets are truly clean, without that crusty feel that other carpet cleaning companies leave behind.

What could we do to improve?

Carpet cleaning was excellent. Setting up the appointment was a little difficult because you wouldn't commit to a time to be at the house. I had asked for the 11-1 window and no one got there until 2:45. Dan, who cleaned the carpets, said he was called last minute was very polite and did a great job.
Sounds like you may need to add a few crews to keep up the demand which is a good problem to have. Just don't forget the customer service as you try and be as efficient as possible.
The carpets look and feel clean and I like not having soap in the carpet. You will have my business again.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I paid an additional fee for the pet urine cleaner. This product left a residue behind and the carpet has gotten really stiff and sticky I had another representative come out to try and fix the problem but its exactly the same. This carpet is in my girls' bedroom and I have a difficult time letting them play in there now. I'm getting no answers or any help to help resolve this. Basically , the carpet seems ruined... And I paid extra for it to be this way. If anything I believe that I should be reimbursed for this botched cleaner.

First off the person that came out was super in all aspects.
The clean carpet is wonderful and it smell so nice.
My grandson Gibbs can play on the carpet with no worries about soap reside on his hands and body.
My socks don't get dirty any longer . Ha

Colby was professional and detailed. I must say though that I was a bit disappointed with the fact that we were not asked if we had pets when making the appointment. That was the whole reason for this cleaning and we made the appt thinking it was $100. Per Colby, with the pet issue the regular cleaning we were quoted would not have been effective. We could have/should have known that up front had ad simple question or two been asked.

Sprayed the closet with spot remover but failed to comeback and clean the closet. Will need for them to comeback for a small closet.

The carpet definitely looks and smells clean. Bought the 3 room special but only got 2 rooms cleaned. Another cleaner had to come the next day. That was stressful with company arriving 2 hours after carpets cleaned.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We were told that our apointment was from 4-6 PM Saturday. When I called at 5:50 PM, I was told that the technician would be 30 minutes late. He arrived at 7:30 PM. The technician did a very good job on the carpet and he would get a rated a 10, but the dispatcher did not inform me that the technician would be late until I called him at 5:50 PM. The dipatcher gets rated a 1 for not communicating the delay with a customer.

Professional, polite service people. Tony informed me of the work prior to be performed. He was quick and the rugs were clean, better than new. This was my 2nd service and, it will always be Zerorez. Thank you for the professional service with knowledgable atendants. Tony rocks!

Reliable, always on time, you do miracles on the carpet. Your techs always explain all the options and make recommendations. Once, when the red stains did not come out of the carpet, the tech told me what to go buy to get it out and it worked very well. I've used you for the different condos that I manage about 4 or 5 times a year or more. I think I should buy stock!

The first rooms to be cleaned were completed slowly and thoroughly. Felt the last room to be cleaned was rushed.
Were charged over $700 for three rooms to have the carpet stretched. Unfortunately, the finished edges were very unprofessional, sloppy, and even "V" shaped nicks. Not good.
We may use the carpet cleaning service again...but will only have a couple of rooms done at a time to make sure that they are thoroughly cleaned.
