How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I have an unresolved issue with your customer service representative at the Dallas location.

First time I spoke to JEFF regarding the duct cleaning process and receiving a quote was very unpleasant. JEFF was extremely rude during the conversation and had a terrible attitude. He kept interrupting me when I was asking him questions regarding the process for the duct cleaning. He was very disrespectful and when I asked to speak to a manager he told me that no managers were available. I asked to him to let me talk to another associate and he told me he was the only one working at that location and no other person was available to help me including a manager.
I had to call back to get someone else on the phone to complain regarding his behavior. I spoke to Cynthia, his supervisor regarding this issue and she informed that she will take care of it.
I called back again to get some information about my scheduled appointment and I came across JEFF again. His attitude was worse than last time I spoke to him and he was very disrespectful as usual and when I asked for a manager again, he told me the same thing that no one is available to talk to me.
It seems like his supervisor Cynthia either did not talk to him or he simply did not care how he was treating customers. His behavior is unacceptable and since this is not a resolved issue, I am rating your service as “0”.
I will NEVER purchase any products from Zerorez and I will NEVER recommend Zerorez to anyone.
Please make sure this information is passed on to upper management so they can address this ongoing situation immediately.

Well, it just always seems with these kinds of services you book a service and then someone gets here and tries to upsell the whole thing. I'm in sales, so I get it, but it's just annoying. And expensive. However, the guy that did my house was very good and did an excellent job.

The second associate sent out to clean our tile did a much better job than the first. He seemed much more knowledgeable and concerned about our satisfaction. The tile was much cleaner when he left.

In the two bedrooms, portions of the carpeting was not cleaned.

The 10'x 8' oriental rug removed for cleaning on 12/22/13 was not returned until 02/16/13, after I called in late January inquiring about the status of my rug. The rug was scheduled to be delivered on 02/09/13, but the delivery men failed to keep the agreed upon schedule. So, the morning of 02/16/13 was agreed upon. When the rug was delivered, I found the backing is loose, the backing is a totally different color, the rug was rolled up and the wool is still damp in the inner rolls and the rug has mold on it. I'm terribly disappointed. No manager has yet to call, even though I requested to speak with a manager on Saturday morning, 02/16/13. I would like a refund of my money on cleaning the oriental rug because it has been ruined.

When the rep arrived and stated that the service that I ordered which was to have the carpet cleaned would in fact not clean the carpet, and I needed $69 pet treatments, I was appalled. I do not care to type the details of the ridiculous speech he tried to sell me, but it was at that time that I canceled the appointment.

Eco friendly.
The tech was very nice. One thing I would change is that I wanted my carpet cleaned WITHOUT a salesman trying to get me to buy additional products.
Also I felt like I was being scolded for having a dirty carpet - that is why I asked them to be cleaned. But my carpet does look fresh & clean. Thank you.

I did not get a call in advance to let me know what time the crew would be there on my appointment day. I called to find out--was told between 8:30 and 10:30 but I was the first appointment. On the appointment day, no one had showed up or had called by 9:15 so I called and was told it could be as late as 11 am! At 11 am, no one had showed up so I called again. Was told there was a problem and it would be another hour. I was very dissatisfied with this response and said so. A few minutes later a young man named Anthony called and said he was coming right over but it would take about 30 minutes to get there. He did show up and did a very nice job. Despite the problems on the front end--the carpet turned out nicely and Anthony did a great job.

The technician was clean and friendly. He explained the product well. He was not pushy. Your services are reasonably priced with the KLUV special. I liked knowing about the air filter due to lung problems and allergies in the family.
