I have used you for 3 or 4 times now to clean my carpets and I'll won't use anyone else! This was the first time I used you to clean tile. I honestly had NO IDEA that my kitchen tile was WHITE. When I moved in with my husband 11 years ago, he had just hand scrubbed the grout in the kitchen and it was a lovely white with off-white tile. Your serviceman turned the whole kitchen floor WHITE! Unbelievable!

The price on WBAP was advertised at 89 for 3 rooms. By the end we paid 234 to have pet treatment and the carpet smells horrible! We will have to have it re-cleaned by someone who knows what they are doing.

All in all, $1.75 for cleaning and sealing tile floor is out of range of reasonable.

Your people were able to clean a very large deep blood stain.
My carpet was not terribly dirty to begin with, but now that it is dry I can still see the spots I was concerned about. Also, I paid the extra fees for the pet odor removal after Joshua explained that this was the best way to get rid of any bacteria lingering as well as removeing any odor. I was very disappointed in the lack of precision of the process. I can smell the cleaning solution in some spots, but can still smell the pet odor in the same area. The solution was just splashed around then immediately sucked up. Joshua was great, very polite and friendly, I'm just not sure the service was worth the very high fees charged.
