It is quick and thorough, best cleaning system I have ever seen.

I paid extra to get stains off my carpet, but that didn't happen, was told some crappy story why some stains didn't come off

Zerorez is always very professional and efficient. The people are very courteous and helpful from the people scheduling the appointments to the people cleaning the carpet. The process cleans very well, dries fast within a few hours and stays clean longer than other carpet cleaning methods.

The carpet looks new and the crew was amazing. Justin King and his co-worker are top notch. We were hoping for a carpet cleaning miracle, and that is exactly what we received.

The fact that your products are not chemical based. The one thing I am dissapointed that we have not received our 100 dollar gift card for jewelry.

My carpets look great and I like that there were not a lot of chemicals used. I also thought your employees were very efficient and respectful.

I have severe migraines and I have to be very careful of perfumes and smells in general. I like that the product does not contain any scents that can set my migraines off. Also they are very pet friendly. This is our second time to get the carpet done and it lasted so long the first time. I was very pleased so we called again. The carpet looks great. We were the last appointment and when the tech started at 4:00 pm, my husband and I both were worried it would not be dry by bedtime. Ray said 2-4 hours and the master bedroom took the full 4 hours but it was dry enough for us to go to bed! Always professional.

A little more attention to detail. The gentleman that clean my carpets did a good job but left a large stain in one of the other rooms from the hose he had to drag in.

clean, tech Jeff Perkins, was very clean and Professional. He was also very informative regarding our carpet and the various services Zeroez is able to do. We will use you again and have already spread the word! Zeroez is the best.

I was told that the carpet would be completely dry within 4 or 5 hours. After 24+ hours it was still damp and I was unable to put my furniture back. It is now dry enough to put my furniture back, but it was almost 28 hours. In addition, there were a few very small dot size spots that did not come out. I have had Zerorez clean my carpet at least one other time and it worked much better that time and dried in the time suggested. I don't think it was suctioned out sufficiently.

Just a real great job! I just put in over 3,000 square yards of expensive carpet in the luxury condominium I manage and I will use only Zerorez

While scheduling the appointment, I told the customer service person I had heard about Zerorez from a radio station and gave the informatiom. I was also told at that time (2/12/13) I was the first person making an appointmetn for Sat., 2/16/13. When someone called me back to schedule a time (rather they gave me a time), they stated sometime between 5pm-7pm. I asked why so late since I was the first person that called for 2/16/13. I was then asked if I had asked to be first? REALLY?????? I then asked about why I had not been quoted the 30% as stated from the radio station. I got a Oh, let me add it.
About 20 till 3pm on 2/16/13 the driver contacted me to let me know that her was 20 minutes away. I asked why so early since the appoitnment was scheduled between 5-7. He let me know that he had between 3-5.

The driver did arrive shortly after 3 and walked through the house and I explained what I wanted and showed him the areas to be cleaned. He promptly started cleaining. If I recal, your add states that they will chec to make sure they can actualy clean and provide the service first? I question as to why you do not have a tool per say that can clean closser to the base boards and clean the stairs in a more effective way. Just cleaning it with a wide cleaner head does not clean the sides near the base board or wall.

The parts of the carpet that were cleaned were cleaned however, I do not think it was a good value for my money. I dont know that it looks any different from when I clean it myself.

Process seems to fairly well. There are some very obvious places that were missed and I am not happy about that.

So far, very clear cost at time of service. No pulling punches. Was clear on removing stains from carpte.

They are natural and don't harm the environment or my home's surfaces. Your technicians are very polite and knowledgeable. However, I heard on Jody Dean's program that I would get a $100 gift certificate to Fuller's Jewelry, but I did not. Was I supposed to ask for it?

I'm not sure I saw any difference between your process and any other one we've used in the past. The price for cleaning was good, however, the extra charges, while expected, were more than I thought they might be. If a friend needs simple cleaning (no kids or pets), I will recommend your company.
