How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Your tech was very rude and disagreeable. He said he was not s supposed to move anything. Therefore he only cleaned the middle of the rooms. He also took pictures of the inside of my house without our permission. He had a very poor attitude. I feel I should receive a full refund with an explanation of the pictures.I will have to get my carpet cleaned by another company. Please have a supervisor call me.

The carpet feels like it was new after it had been clean. I really liked the person that cleaned the carpet did not try to sell me something extra. No pressure

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Much more expensive than expected. I hear commercials about specials on the radio, which is why I chose you. It wound up being almost $200 dollars more than the special advertised & took less than 30 minutes. $10 per minute is quite steep.

The technician did a wonderful job. Unfortunately, he came late and outside the window that we were given of when to expect him. Also, I think we were supposed to get a Fuller's gift card.

My baby slipped and busted her bottom and this
Is after waiting more than 8 hours. And my husband just wasn't
Happy with the cleaning. He felt that it wasn't very clean.

What do you like about our products and services?

They were efficient, knowledgeable, and very careful with our carpets and rugs. Our carpets are like new ! We will definitely use them again, and have recommended to our friends.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Gave me a 2 hour window 11:30-1:30, was told they would call 30 min ahead. I work 40 min away, so l left work at 10:45 so just in case they called, I would be there at 11:30. At 12:15 I get a call that told me the tech would be leaving in 15 min. No idea from where, just that he would be headed my way at 12:30. At 1:30, I call because I had not heard anything more. I'm told the tech is finishing up and will be headed my way soon. Tech arrives at 2:10. The tech finishes at 3:30. This became a very frustrating experience because of the lack of communication and my involvement ended up being 4 hrs & 45 min, a lot of time from work.

If it is ok to have the tech give a 30 min or 20 min notice and then wait till I can get there, great, I will do that next time. I respected his time and wanted to be there at the earliest possible time he could. It would have helped if there was better communication about what was happening.

Once the tech got here he did a great job.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I was given one price on the phone and was given a higher price when crew arrived. Why not send your customer an email summarizing the phone quote. Then if there is dicrepancy...it could be addressed before crew arrives. That way...the customer would have some proof of the quote given on phone.i was quoted $150.00 for job and it changed into $200 when crew arrived. Very unprofessional.

The carpet is very "streaked"- looks clean in a wide band, then a dark line of dirty carpet alternating across the room. If it could be gone over again to even it out I would be willing to try zerorez again.

What could we do to improve?

your technician was a friendly and talkative and seem to know what he suppose to do but he did not tell me about the total amount when I ask after I gave him my card he said whatever I got quote on the phone which is $124+tax+$8 fuel charge but when I check my statement it was $180. If any extra to be charge he should tell me up front.The job was good both of them did good job on my carpet just a sticker shock.

We had badly soiled carpets because of two new dogs. We are amazed at how well it worked. The carpets now look like new.
