The technician did a great job of cleaning the carpets and they look great. I do think the charges for pet stains are ridiculous.

My carpet came out very clean. I have three children under the age of 5 and the carpet in their play room i thought was going to have to be replaced. Thanks to Zerorez it saved me time and money.

My family and I just moved into our home and we called Zerorez the same week to clean the carpets after hearing the commercials numerous times on the radio. Upon arrival, the Zerorez Representative was very professional and my wife and I were very impressed as he started looking at the carpet room by room with his special flash light and was able to determine what stains were present based on the color of the spots and the smell of a spot. Through the natural eye, majority of stains were not visible and when he used his special flash light, we were able to see how dirty the carpet was. He finished our over 4,000 sqft home within about 2 hours. The finished product was highly impressive and I have already recommended Zerorez to people. Thank you for your service.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Tech did not tell me the bathroom cleaning would be extra - just asked if I wanted it cleanted. Also, charged for closets and did not tell me. My $89 carpet cleaning special turned out to be over $150.00! I asked for my Fuller's Jewelry $100 gift certificate as advertised on KVIL, and he didnt' know anything about it. He said we would receive a copy of our invoice via email and the gift certificate would be attached to it. I haven't seen an email from Zerorez except for this survey. I feel like I was ripped off! Please call me at Phone number removed and let me know when my Fuller's gift certificate can be received.

Jared was extremely nice and helpful. He worked diligently to get done quickly and did a wonderful job. We definitely want him to come the next time. The only downside we experienced was that the truck that was suppose to come experienced mechanical problems which left us waiting an extended period of time for someone to come out.

Technician - Amazing customer service. We needed pet treatment and he walked us through the whole process and didn't try to just get as much money as he could. Wanted to make sure we were getting the treatment we needed in order to be happy.

Products - Flash for pet treatment. Great way to treat pet stains and odor. Worked great!!
