Your technician was here promptly and helped me understand what was soiling my carpets. It seems burning candles as a means of freshening the air also causes a black residue to form along the baseboards. While he was unable to get it all out he did get most of it. I like the idea of not using soaps to clean the carpet. My in-laws recently had their carpets cleaned by one of your competitors and within a month they were dirty again. I hope mine stay clean a lot longer.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I received a call that my "window" for service was 11AM-1:30PM. At 10:35AM I received a call that the technician would be slightly late. It was at THIS time that I was informed that my service would be performed at 1:30 but, that the appointment would be later,..."although it might be earlier". If your company is going to give a customer a WINDOW then the assumption should be the appointment should be with that time period and not at the end of the period. If that were the case TELL ME that it is going to be at the end of the period. I do not like to have my time wasted.
The technician did not arrive until 3PM. No call of that he would be THAT late was ever made to me. Work was completed in slightly less than an hour. At completion I inquired as to how long it would be before my carpets would be dry. I was told 3-4 hours. At 10:30PM that night my carpets were still WET. Obviously, the extraction of fluid was not done correctly. Several spots were still wet the next day. This was my second appointment with Zerorez. My first experience was totally different. Based on this service, I would be remiss if I used your business again.
It's one thing to be inconsiderate with the appointment; it is far worse if the service was not done properly.

Carpet cleaning was great. Upholstery was not as good as I had hoped. I can still see the steam streaks in the fabric after two days.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I feel that I am a victim of bait and switch scheme. It's amazing how fast the expected cost around $110 quickly ballooned to $618.00. You were extremely quick to utilize the ultraviolet flashlight to point out the pet urine spots on my carpet and then pitch how good your pet stain removal process would get rid of it, especially the $60.00 per gallon treatment used with the flash process. At the end of the cleaning process, there was no effort to use the ultraviolet light to confirm if the pet stains had in fact been cleaned. I therefore purchased a ultraviolet light to perform this confirmation. Yes, there were some pet stain spots initially and yes, some of those were cleaned successfully. However, where the flash processes were used, initially there was a small area highlighted by the ultraviolet light. I was utterly shocked at the size of the areas highlighted by the ultraviolet light indicating that the pet urine stains had spread. I was even more disappointed when I looked at the receipt and saw flash 'Non-Guaranteed' and Pet Treatment 'Non_Guaranteed'. This certainly was not the impression I got when the technician was explaining how well and successfuly the Pet Treatment and Flash Treatment was. On the surface the carpet does look clean -- but after spending 600.00, I expected that all of the pet stain treated areas would be free of any remaining stains both on the surface and in the padding.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The floor was left to wet,took hours to dry. The ccffee table was put down without putting something under the corners to help it dry. The man did not wear covers over his shoes. He sprayed the carpet before cleaning and some was left on the surrounding tile.

It wasn't explained that the pet treatment was non-guaranteed before I agreed to have it done. The add on the radio says Zerorez uses a proven method to eliminate, not mask, pet odors. I did not realize that the "elimination" involved removing carpet, pads, etc. until the services had been done. I also did not receive the $100 Gordon's Jewelers gift card that was advertised.

What could we do to improve?

I was told that my carpet would be softer after the treatment and when it dried. I walk around bare-footed and it feels crusti and dry but not soft like it was. I will say it does look cleaner (I have a beige color carpet) and some of the small stains have dissappeared and especially the carpet is cleaner coming into the house from my garage where I park my car each night. It is cleaner, but feels stiff and crusty, not soft.

The actual cleaning went great, but getting to that point was a complete and total beating. A few weeks prior, we received an estimate. I called the same day to schedule the cleaning and was told that the estimate had not been turned in by the associate at the office so I could not schedule it. I called at least two more times on different days to see if it had been turned in so I could schedule and it had not, the office told me the associate had not been in the office and they did not know when he'd be in. I was about to give up on the whole thing when I tried ONE MORE TIME to schedule and was finally able to. The woman at the office seemed quite ill-prepared and ill-informed and the process was extremely irritating for me.

Reduce price of pet treatment. Could only afford level one (as much as the cleaning-and I really wasn't prepared to spend that much) and some areas needed more than level 1.

I was told the carpet would take three hours to dry at the most, but it took overnight to be dry enough to walk on it without getting my socks wet. I don't mind it taking longer, but I would have liked to be told it would take longer than three hours, so I was prepared. Also my carpet had 4 or 5 what I would call waves in it that I was not warned about. It looked like my carpet was ruined. When I woke today the "waves" were gone. I assume that is because as the carpet dried it shrank back to its original size. Finally, though most of the carpet looks cleaner, a couple of small areas actually look worse then they did before the cleaning, which is frustrating. On a positive note, the technician was wonderful.

Very nice and knowledgable technician. Although my initial appointment was lost , someone was at my home approx 15 min after I called. All stains were removed and the carpet looks great.
