The technician was very unprofessional and we had to fight for the deal that was agreed to over the phone. We got the Mark Davis special and the man did not give us the Fullers Jewlery Store Gift Card.
The service itself was quite good. Tim, the service representative, did a great job explaining the process, cleaning the carpets, advising us of other services, etc. Very satisfied with the carpet cleaning. The phone interface with the Zerorez representatives was not as good. Why do they quote on the radio a $99 price when it is really $109 with a required $10 charge for the truck to run ("gas charge")? And then the process of obtaining the $100 Fuller's certificate was very cumbersome, seemingly intentional. The website to obtain it was only accessible via Fire Fox, it had a expiration date of one day beyond our service date, etc. It seemed like trickery to me. Took multiple calls to correct the process.
The technician that came out was very friendly and knowledgable, but wasn't able to completely fix the prior issue. Issue is still unresolved, and I'm going to have to take more time off of work to deal with this on the next go around. I was told that you would contact me to set up another consultation with a manager.
Stains did not return!
I have waited since December just to test the cleaning...no stains returning...excellent cleaning of carpet!

Great results. Being on time and very friendly.
Very fast service, in only one hour our little condo had its carpet clean. The personnel was neat in their appearance and very polite. They took care no to step on our marble floor by first cleaning their shoes in the piece of towel we laid out for this purpose.
You were early (rather than late) which was nice. We will definitely recommend you to neighbors and friends. We will contact you in the future for more service.

I felt the protective product was a little pricey, but the cleaning did not last the last time

Drys fast; very eco friendly -- Zerorez doesn't introduce unwanted chemicals into my rug which is important to the health of my grandchild and pets.

I can't afford that again! I really need a credit for part of that expense, is that possible? I will highly recommend you to more friends if you will credit me about $100 back for that job. My one issue is that one of the tech's had to use my personal bathroom . I did not like that. Please coach your
People not to do that . Very rude
Maybe go over any follow up or suggestions on what to do in between cleanings.
The products are safe for my family and pets and I love how quickly the carpet dries after it has been cleaned. The technicians are always professional and efficient. I have used a number of different carpet cleaning services but I will never use them again. Zerorez is the best!
I've used Zerorez for many years and won't use any other carpet cleaning service. My carpet is cleaner, stays clean longer, looks great. Stains disappear, and with their special water, my carpets dry very fast allowing a quick return to my normal routine. My cleaning specialist, Z, was wonderful. He was friendly, knowledgeable about the products, helped identify potential issues and solutions. I also purchased

We had a very mixed experience. Our carpets and furniture look terrific, especially since they are old, had not been cleaned in years (I'm embarrassed to say) and this likely allows us to delay replacing them.
However, the time management of the visit caused a great deal of disruption and discomfort. The technician and helper arrived at around 2:30, and I initially only planned to get the carpet cleaned. I asked about the furniture, thinking I would do that in the future, but the technician say they could do it that day as well and offered a discount.
I agreed and they started first on the furniture. Either it took longer than they expected or were over optimistic, but they did not finish with the carpets until 8:45 p.m.
This was extremely disruptive and put the visit in a negative light, despite our being happy with the result.
I checked frequently with the tech, but he assured me it would go quickly. I don't know if this had an impact, but the helper was on his 2nd day with the company, he told me.
If I had to do it over again, I would have asked them to stop at the furniture this time and reschedule the carpet cleaning. (Before they left, I told this to the technician this as well as that I wished he would have cut short the work when he realized how long it would take. He said he understood but that we would be so happy with the results that it would be worth it.)
I wish that the technician would have thought to offer to split the job up At a certain point, they had done a lot of prep work for the carpet, so I didn't feel like I could ask them to stop.
If we use you in the future, I would only get a first thing in the day appointment, though my husband was put out enough that he might not want to give you a second chance.
