It started out as a $99 deal, which turned into about $350. And the room still smells of urine.
The politeness of Randy Jones. His work ethics,when there was a area he could not clean he pointed it out to us. After he was finisned I could not believe how the good the carpets looked, even the stairs looked great. Your finished product is hands above other companies.

I would recommend but I thought the service was expensive for area rugs at $3 sq ft. I did have pet stains and hair that needed to be removed. 280 sq ft of area rugs came to over $800. Overall the rugs look good but unsure if its worth it! Techs were professional.
Had a problem with one area and they came back and corrected it.
Technician was very friendly and thorough.
RAndy was very quick and thorough in answering any questions we had. I especially love that he was able to stretch the loose carpet on our stairs.

Carpet had many pet stains and is now like new.
If I would of know that u could not remove my spots I would of not hired you. I could of saved money. The tech was very nice and did what he was suppose to but I still have the spots on carpet. I did not get my certificate for jewelry.
The technician told us everything he was going to do and explained how he would be able to get out what seemed like impossible stains. He was fast, professional, and went above and beyond.
I felt the serviceman rushed through the job and therefore some of the stains were still there.
It seemed to clean the carpet very well and didn't leave an odor.

I liked that I was kept informed about arrival time. Also, was told a soot stain on my carpet would never come out.....not true it is gone after having it cleaned by Zerorez.

You made a mess out of our bathroom tile. Tile was not cleaned properly and then the sealer that was applied was done by total inexperience. There was still puddles after 4 hours. There were bubbles that were drying. Pictures were sent in off my phone.. You need to delete how your company is ready to make things right. But pictures off my camera is fixing to be put on the net.

I called for carpet cleaning on a couple of rooms (only two rooms in my new home have carpet) and I also wanted the grout cleaned on a large part of the house which is tiled. Never having experienced grout cleaning, I asked the service man if I could expect the grout to look like the original which you could still see in certain places. He said "yes" and quoted me a price. I ran an errand and came back to find him drying part of the floor with a fan. He sold me on the sealant but when I inquired about the sealant application, he said it was applied at the same time as the cleaning. I had assumed that the grout would have to dry before the sealant was applied. He asked me if I could tell a difference on the grout before he left and I said, "not really". He said it just needed to dry and I would see the difference. I would say it is some better, but not close to the original grout color.
Company did a good job but did miss a closet but I was pleased with the way the business operates.

I like that they are all natural and you don't use a soapy substance on the carpet.
