Joshua, the young man that did our service made the entire service great. He explained everything he was going to do and kept me posted on his progress, he was very sensitive to my time constraints. I have already recommended zerorez to a friend.

Service was good - but had to block a second time to have one room redone. I was told I would receive a Fuller's gift certificate in my email but did not. When I called for a redo on the bedroom I reminded them about the certificate and was told they would mail it. I have not received the certificate by mail either. Disappointed that there was no follow thru on the promise of a gift certificate. I booked Zerorez because they did such a good job when I had them out in December 2011 - not because of the gift certificate. But, if you say you are going to do something - then I expect you to do what you say. Simple.

The technician {Josh} was very professional and really seemed to enjoy working for Zeroez and his job. However, the air vac hose was not working properlyl and as a result there was much more water left in the carpet then usual. Josh did his best to get out as much water as possible. We turned on our air conditioner and ceiling fans to dry the carpet. The dispatcher did offer to have a box fan dropped off at the house; and I did decline the offer. After I spoke to the dispatcher, one of our air conditioners went on the blink - so I figured it was just one of those days. IWe have used Zeroez, previously, and this is the second time that there was a problem with the equipment. The technicians have all been great.

I love the fact that you don't use chemicals on my carpet. Your treatment leaves no residue for my children to get all over themselves. Because of the high powered system you use for extraction, the drying time is hours & days less than other services.

Called in with Kluv names and was suppose to get 2 $50 gift certificates. Guy said he had nothing on his email to give me. I had asked to get an estimate on Duct Cleaning with the intent of having it done. Driver did not have the equipment to do so, you lost a big sale. He said he could come back in the morning and do it all. When he called the dispathcer suddenly he could not. I was interested in getting it done that week. Was also going to have upholstry cleaned. Decided not too. I feel like you really let me down. I will share my misfortunes with others. I guy did the steam cleaning of the carpet and did a good job.

there was no odor, in fact it smelled clean. it dried quickly, all spots came out and I mean there were SPOTS!!! the technician was polite and speedy and most of all, thorough.

Either add the 10 dollars gas tax in or do away with, One thing people hate is adding things to the cost over the phone.

We were amazed at how clean and soft our carpet was when they were finished. It dried very quickly, and we had everything back in place in record time. Justin and Miguel were respectful of both our time and our home. We loved that they even added another service at No Charge. Justin explained the full process and what to expect every step of the way. He also provided us with the complete price before they started the work and gave us excellent recommendations and ideas as the work progressed.

My schedule was for 1:30 - 4:00. I received a call about 2:15 telling me the time would be closer to 3:30 or 4:00. It was about 4:30 by the time Dennis arrived. He was thorough and courteous. We were overall pleased with the results. There is one "dye" stain that he was not able to remove.

Had a service scheduled from 4 to 6 pm on a Friday and was told I would get a 30 minute notice. At 5:45 pm I called and was told the technician was on the way. At 6:30pm I called again and was told the technician was again on the way. When I complained about the lack of communication. And delayed timing I was then told that my window of arrival was really 4 to 6:30pm and the tech was only going to be 15 more mins. That was a complete lie my window was always communicated to me as 4-6pm. The 6:45pm arrival made me almost an hour and half late picking up my children. Totally unacceptable to not respect customers enough to communicate and then try to change information.

Caesar was the best technician we have had for any service we have had at our house! Not only was he very professional he had pride in his work! He
