results of cleaning
My carpets look like new, even after 13 years. There is no smell after they are cleaned and this time, service was done quickly and efficiently.
Missed a few spots
It cost me over $300 when your ad in the paper always quotes a price for FOUR rooms and I only had Three small areas. Mr. Branch, your representative, told me the spots were deep and it would take something "special". Not only did this "SPECIAL TREATMENT" not work but my floor still has noticeable spots on it.
The requests I made to Kermit he said he couldn't do because of new company policies or that it would "break his $90,000 piece of equipment. I understand there might be new policies however I shouldn't have to point out spots that needed going over.
I have always been very please with your cleaning until this time.
Almost immediately the gentleman that came attempted to up sell me on different treatments. It came across as a gimmicky promotion that said "...if you really want it clean you'll do this instead"
I called you guys out to clean a couple rooms and a couch. Not to be told what I was paying for was just "ok" and "wait - there's more".
One week later - the same spots are starting to reveal themselves. I'm not happy.
No leftover residue and quick drying.
I think that the products and services were very good. I would have you come back again to do our carpets.
I like the fact that your company doesn't use any harsh chemicals and the carpet dries really fast.
It was very refreshing to actually have a person that cared about his work and his customer. This man has a great work ethic that you just do not see so much of anymore these days. He was professional, asked questions and gave helpful suggestions. It was very obvious that he took pride in his work. This is a great employee to have on your team. I don't know if all your employees are this dedicated but I know I will be requesting the same tech to come out from now on.
Attention to our concernover rug type ,etc.. Service performed by your technician was supberb.

The products used seem to have solved the problem. The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. It was a good experience.
I feel that that the manager was not totally honest with me.Thy delivered my rug and it had several round white spots on it,I called to find out what was wrong with my rug, and he tells me it was the nap and it would take another five days.If you rub the nap one way it will be lighter and the other way it will be darker it has nothing to do with round white spots.The rug is silk.
I wasn't going to respond but since I heard your advertisement with Jody Dean again on KLUV, I decided to go ahead. Your commercials say that Zerorez can remove "everything, including candle wax, paint and pet stains". To me, if you advertise that way you should be able to do what you say. Yes, I'm still disappointed that the pet stains in my carpet didn't come out as well as the tea stain. On the second visit, all the technician did was spray something on the pet stains in hopes they would disappear; he didn't clean the carpet again and that was after I moved furniture for a second time. The spots are still there. Since I had such good luck with your service the first time you came, I can't help but think maybe the pet stain treatment wasn't properly applied or enough applied....especially in light of the fact that I paid $120 for 4 spots in a bedroom and about the same in a closet.
Again, I don't think you should be advertising something you can't deliver. If you insist on advertising that way, then I feel the customer is due a refund for what you can't deliver.
Clean, soft carpet! No soap residue to attract dirt is a big plus. Technicians Jake and Jamal were friendly and professional.
