I like the fact that you have an answer to every carpet problem. You have the equipment and technology to take care of the customer’s carpet. I did have a little problem getting the right Technician for the job though. Finally Matt came and saved the day! I really appreciate his customer service and expertise in doing the job right. We have two rental properties and our own home that we will continue to use Zerorez on a regular basis.

I love that the product is environmentally friendly and doesn't leave a soapy residue. it's also nice knowing it dries quickly and can be walked on within a few minutes rather than a few hours.

It took 4 hours to clean our carpets. Ron was a very nice guy. We liked him. He was personable and thorough, but he visited quite a bit and that extended the time.
I love that the process cleans without soap.
The quote that I received for a simple couch and love seat cleaning, was ridiculously high! I have used this company at least 3 or 4 times for full house carpet cleaning, and have always recommended you to friends. And the price for a full house cleaning was no where near as high as it was going to be for me to get furniture cleaned. I am highly disappointed.
advertised price was $99 but I had soap in the carpet, which most people will, so it was about double. He did a good job though.
Normally good scheduling. On site people are excellent. Like no residue cleaning.
Professionalism
The carpet stains were really taken out, and I wasn't charged anything extra. I guess they weren't as bad as I thought or maybe Zerorez is just that good!

the rug was piked up on 4/8/2013 and yet they were not able to do a good cleanig it
They deleiver the rug twice and it still not clean there is white spots on the rug

Carpet dried fairly quickly compared to other companies we have used. Tecnician was very polite.

The technician was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional and thorough. The carpet was virtually almost dry after it was cleaned and not wet / soaked like the conventional methods such as how Sears and Dalworth clean carpets. The results were fantastic the carpet appeared to look clean and had a fresh pleasant smell. You earned our business in the future for sure.
