It took 45 days and several trips to get the carpets close to normal. WHat happens next time you clean the carpets. I would like a refund for the work performed. There still is a stain in the carpets from where you left the carpet wet for days.

Your Tech Richard was excellent, he answered any of our questions completely, he had A very pleasant demeanor through out the service,I thought or carpets were hopless but they looked great when he got done,Rchard really sold us on your service.

The technician, Justin King, who did the service was very professional and curtious throught the whole process. He explained the differences between this service and other services and was always willing to answer questions along the way. I was very happy with how the process involved cleaned up everything wery nicely and was very satisfied with all the final results.

I have used Zerorez for my carpet cleaning needs for the past 10 years. The products used to clean and treat my pet issues always leave my carpets looking like new. The service is always great!
The guys that showed up did a good job with what they did but i specifically asked that either they or i move a small TV on wheels in the bedroom, which they didn't and the entertainment center on wheels in the living room. I had everything else off the carpet for them. The reason i inquired of your services is because of allergies. I wanted every spot clean. Then i was also offered a fifty dollar credit for signing up that day and all it covered was fiber protect for the living room. Obviously a trick to get you to book with you that day. I was also offered a gift card to a jewelery store but they don't tell you on the phone it's in Addison. The parts of my carpet that were cleaned look wonderful but I'm still not relived about the spots that were missed and the guys that did it were talking about their plans for quitting the job and that made me feel like they could care less how well they did on mine. You could tell they didn't want to be there, which made me not want them there nor would i want them at my friends house
I like that you don't use soap & it doesn't leave a residue. The technician was prompt, courteous, told us exactly what he was going to do and did a very thorough job. He wanted to make sure the job was to our satisfaction before he left.
Service was too expensive for the results. And I had a $10 coupon for which I did not get credit. Then the guy wanted me to write something in his book. Like I was going to insult him before he left my house. There were only the two of us here. All in all, cannot recommend.

Your products are green which makes them perfect for my children and small dog. The technician you sent out was polite and friendly. He let my 5 yr old follow him around and drive him crazy, and he did a great job. We just bought a house that came with a lot of stains in every bedroom. Now our carpet looks brand new! I will definitely have y'all out to do more work and I've already recommend you to everyone I've talked to!
