state-of-the-art - don't have to use my water - most efficient
I thought the price was a little expensive. There were three bedrooms 1 was a medium size master and the other two had very little space to clean around a bed and the other was a very small area too. Thought the price could have been reduced. The tile price was high also, will probably never have that done again. Even though the floors look clean,I will hold my opinion on that to see if any stain returns. The customer service was good and he was very pleasant even though he got soaking wet in the rain.
Efficient and friendly. Also, workers left my home clean.
You technician, Ron was very courteous and explained all the steps to the process. My air conditioner broke down just hours before he arrived so he had to work in poor conditions. I have recommended your company to all my friends. Just one observance...I was not told what preparations I needed to do prior to your visit. I am a CSR and know how important everyone learns the same script.

No one contacted me about the carpet cleaner being very late. I had to keep calling. The carpet looks great and the man who cleaned was very nice and didnt rush through even though he was so late.

this was the first time we used zerorez a friend told us they were happy. two techs were in and out of our home in an hour and a half...very pleasant, professional and informative guys. We felt like our carpet was very dirty from animal traffic & hair...seems like it cleaned up great. we will use your services again.
I like the concept of using water instead of chemicals for cleaning. Zerorez's method of removing dirt, stains & soap reside from previous cleanings leaves the carpets fluffy and brighter in color. I recommend you to my freinds and family whenever the opportunity arises.
