Very professional and on time!
There are various treatments (carpet) available for you to choose from. The technician explains them in detail without pressuring you to buy them.
seems like some of the stains come back - but not as much as when cleaned by other companies. Maybe it's just that my carpet is old.

The serviceman Chris was great.
The carpet cleaning was exceptional. Our service tech, Brandon, was very courteous and a hard worker. We had our whole 2 story house cleaned and he never stopped until it was done. Very pleased with the whole process and was very comfortable having Brandon in our house. Thank you!
The most important was the clean/green issue of not leaving behind soaps and other chemicals in the carpets.

I contacted Zerorez based on an offer on 98.7 advertised by Jody Dean. I told Catherine on the phone that was why I was calling and was supposed to receive 2 gift cards. Neither of those were left with my son when your service person did the carpets.
Also, there is a spot returning in front of the piano that I thought had been completely removed.

Service was 100 percent and the technician made all the difference. The call center was less helpful, but the service guy made the appointment happen and was prompt and friendly. The service was detailed, good quote and timely recommendations.
