Put all the prices up front, Not when the tech gets here and tells me that my front room counts as 2 rooms plus I feel like the radio prices on RJ Choppy special is kinda misleading. I have yet to get the 50.00 discount off my bill or the 100.00 dollar gift card!The prices for the furniture cleaning service are way to high for the average person,one that is trying to look for work and keep his house clean. Don't think all was bad, the service Tech that did my house was a very nice and thoughtful guy. I would only use him again.....

The carpet looked great and associate was friendly and professional.
The quick clean and the green products that don't leave a nasty odor. The tech, Ernest, did a great job of explaining the process and providing an outstanding job of cleaning the rugs.
The carpets and flooring I had clean still look clean after a few days. Other services I've tried the carpets look dingy again in 2-3 days.

The pricing of additional services made me suspicious that I was trying to be taken advantage of.
I had my tile cleaned and some of the grout was cloudy or whitish after the process.
I never received the zero Rez gift card and the guy did not give me a 30 minute call he gave me a 15 minute call which did not work with my schedule I had to rush home.
Your technicians used:" bait an switch" tactics. Advertised $99. Got the price up to $300
They claimed that there were dog urine stains in every room, and charged additional for each "stain".
I purchased this house brand new five years ago. Have never owned a dog.
They counted my small living room as two rooms, although only cleaning the areas around the furniture.
They clean very well and your technicians do their best to make the customer happy.

I've had the carpet cleaned before but it never looked or smelled this clean. And it is unbelievably soft.
Zerorez Carpet Cleaning surpassed my expectations! The technicians were friendly and professional and happy to answer all my questions and informed me of all the cleaning options for my carpet. The results were outstanding and I will definately recommend Zerorez to my friends and family.
They got my carpet really clean and they took the time explain everything. And they were very curtious.
Within 24 hours spots reappeared even after someone came back the second time. Now we have an appointment for someone to come back a third time. Customer service rep first response wasn't helpful. I'm just disappointed. It's been a hassle this far.
Thorough cleaning job and Green (chemical free).
Jake stone and jerod work hard to get all the vents clean and then recleaned the carpets as dust from the vents fell. I had placed sliders under the big furniture and jake never batted an eye, he just slid the furniture around and cleaned without question. Jake and jerod came on 5/31 for the vents and carpets in 3 rooms....great guys, professionable and work was excellant. On 6/1 fabin was out for my other 3 rooms, he said there would be $25 charge to move furniture even though the furniture had sliders under it. I slid the furniture around in 2 rooms and my young daughter did the other room.
If fabin had offered the extra protectant I would have bought it. I bought it from jake.
I will definitly use zerorez again and I hope guys like jake and jerod come do the work.
