Carpets always look great & stay that way for a longtime. Technician was very knowledgable.

The technician was good and very willing to take time with me. I did add my 6 dining room chairs to the order. The one he demonstrated the results to me came out nice and clean. The other 5 still look dingy. You are coming out this Friday to re-do the 5 chairs that still look dirty.
You got off on the wrong foot with me when I was told there is a $10 fuel charge added to every order. If it is added to every order, then your advertised price really isn't the price, is it? Just add $10 to the price you advertise. That it the way to do business if you ask me.
Having your technicians on commission is frustrating. I have no idea what he told me was true or if he was just trying to add to his paycheck. Nothing personal against the technician himself, just they way you handle it. He wasn't in my house 2 minutes when he said the $99 special won't do the job.
I don't feel my carpets are any cleaner with zerorez than with a Dalworth cleaning. In fact, there were a couple of stains that didn't come out that I got out my self later. I had a coffee stain that looks worse now than before it was cleaned.
You were 45 minutes late to max time you said (7:15pm). He walked in, said we don't do good wool carpet and left. My wife and I spent hours putting furniture up. As a neighborhood president and member of the League of Neighborhoods, I have hopefully made soon 2,000 plus homes aware of your lousy service.

The estimate of the cost of cleaning the carpet was accurate. Chris was very knowledgable and professional and I would highly recommend Both your company and Chris.
The carpets are so clean - they come out brand new. The carpets are almost dry, no bad smell and there is no residue! The technician was on time very nice and efficient. I've used your service at least five or more times and this tech was the best I've had so far. I rate him at a 10+. Thank you.

Joe & his helper were super nice & knowledgeable! They were timely & finished quickly. It was a pleasure, & I am so happy I went with a "greener" carpet cleaner. The carpets look GREAT!

First time to use Zerorez -- the technology advertised on the radio was the draw. I was given a timeframe window of when the tech would phone and/or arrive -- he (Anthony) phoned 30 minutes ahead of schedule. Very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I will use you again!
Service, clean carpet
1) Your phone scheduler DID NOT tell me there was a $10.00 fuel charge on scheduling my appointment. I consider this a "hidden charge" and was surprised to find this out when the service technician worked up my invoice.
2) I never recieved my 30 minute lead time call from the office. In fact, I was called by the office at the same time I was opening my door for the technician who had arrived. When I asked him about this, he showed me that he did call the office in the requested notification time and that the technicians can no longer call the customer (company policy), only the office generates this call. So your office staff dropped the ball a 2nd time (including item 1 above).
3) The service technician was EXCELLENT and PROFESSIONAL in every respect. He worked very hard and waived the $10.00 fuel charge when the office did not return his call regarding this.
4) I have yet to receive the $100 Fullers coupon, even though I went to the website to locate it.
Z left a piece of equipment (wand, I think it is called) on our front porch. I brought it inside for safe keeping and called about it twice. Someone was to call to say when they would be buy to pick it up. Have not heard anything!
My wife wants to know where her coupon is for Brazil Steakhouse (or something like that)as advertised on WRR?
When two small bedrooms were cleaned he neglected to go into the attached closets.
The wooden arm of an upholstered chair he cleaned was scratched with the wand.
These are the reasons we did not give you a better rating, although overall the cleaning seemed to be good.
Jose or Joe was great, explained the process in details what options were available and overall represented your company very well.

The products from one cleaning company to another is the same. What stands one company out form another is price however everyone in your business is way too high. What stands you out is the professionalism and courtesy that Paul demonstrated and that is good customer service. I will pick the company with the better price but how Paul carried himself will make me pick Zerorez over a same priced company.
