Reasonable pricing, freindly staff, easy appointment
This is an improvement. Sending someone back out to clean up after the first guy is a good step forward for me re-using you. Still chapped about the first guy though. He was a tool.

I thought the technician that came out was very friendly and upfront on all charges. Did not try to push other services. I had the pet treatment done in 2 rooms and the difference it made along with the cleaning was incredible. Believe me, my carpet was in BAD shape too. I will definitely use them again and refer them to anyone looking for a great carpet cleaning company.

We specifically budget to have the carpeted areas of our home cleaned every six months. Many thanks to our latest Technicians, Joe and Jared, were especially detail oriented, courteous and knowledgeable. We will be requesting them again!
Service Technician was not professional.
The young man who cleaned my carpets did a great job. He was polite, professional, and worked quickly. My carpets look really good. I was a little disappointed in the time it took for the carpets to dry....almost 15 hours before it was really dry. Maybe the humidity helped that. Also when I made the appointment I asked for the "Jody Dean Special" that had been on the radio....there should have been two gift cards included in the deal. There was no record of that at the visit. When I asked for it and the dispatcher said"OK" I didn't realize I had to have more verification. If it is advertised, it should be given!!
The carpets looked amazing. However, because of an issue with our original tech's vehicle our service ended up being almost 3 hours late. We understand that circumstances happen, but a phone call explaining the situation would have been most appreciated.

Got rid of stubborn spots
I think you need to be more upfront about pricing. I feel like every time I have my carpets cleaned, the technician always tries to add on costs.
Quality cleaning
I like how the carpet looks so clean and there is no residue and the carpet doesn't get dirty so quickly. The technician is so nice and the staff when you call too.

The "deal" was for three rooms for $99 with a gift card to a restaurant that I have never heard of and $50 off another service, or 4 rooms for $99. When the man got here the first thing he said was that to get the dirt our it would be an additional $69 per room and $600 to polish the marble entry (less than 50 sq.ft.). I declined the additional $69 per room charge-are you kidding me? That would amount to an additional $276, or approximately three times the advertised price! My total bill was over $150. I could have done a far better job of cleaning for far less money by going to Tom Thumb and renting a cleaner. Although my carpet is cleaner than it was when he came in, it is far from being clean. I am completely disappointed and will not be calling Zerorez for future cleaning.

Upfront and quick. Your rep told me everything up-front and followed through with everything he told me he would do. The cleaning time was quick about 1 hour. I have had other companies that took 1/2 a day to clean. Guess it's your high powered machines.
The service techs knew what they were doing and were very professional. They answered all of our questions and explained and demonstrated what they would be doing. The carpets look like new!!!
