Quote given on phone was not what I was charged. A $10.00 fee charged that I was not told about on the phone. Very please with the gentleman who cleaned the carpet. He was very courteous and answered all our questions. A little patch of grass in yard was killed due to hose or something. Overall very pleased...carpet cleaned and looks nice! And happy on harsh chemicals used. Thank you/

I gave feedback several weeks ago after the tech did not clean our tile grout well, and damaged appliances which are less than a year old.
A second tech came and did a very good job on cleaning the tile grout and we are very happy with that. However, he agreed that the appliances were damaged and told us that someone else would be in contact regarding the appliances and whether ZEROREZ can get the damage either cleaned up, repaired or replaced. No one has contacted us yet.
We have heard such good things about Zerorez, and really want to give a good evalation. I hope that someone will contact us regarding the damaged appliances. We moved into the house less than a year ago and had all new kitchen appliances. It's a shame that the refrigerator, dishwasher and stove have damage from the tile cleaning. The goal was to get the floors in good shape, not cause difficulties with other things.

Misleading radio commercial. Customer service not very accommodating and changed times when a specific time was set for a reason.

Quality of service, reasonable prices, friendly & professional techs, ease of scheduling appointments
We simply wanted the special we heard on WBAP radio. Your people pointed out several things they could do to get some very troublesome spots and smoothed the carpet in one room. The carpet smoothing was done well. The work done was done well except for the extended drying time (5 days until completely dry). Probably being self-serving here, but I hear all these discounts and deals tossed around on WBAP and KSKY and look at my bill for $700 and wonder what I did wrong.
After a couple of days, there was no wicking of dirt to the top of the carpet. It still looks clean. Great job! The service technician/specialist, Darwin was friendly and really seemed to enjoy his work.

I appreciated the timeliness and effectiveness of the first representative sent out.
It took out what the other carpet cleaners left behind and really got the stains out from deep down.
No chemicals, very knowledgeable service providers.
The associate was very good, punctual and clear about what he could and could not do. In other instances, carpet cleaners have moved furniture back into place after cleaning. There may have been a reason this did not happen but I was unclear about it.
Don't have the techs push extra services so much.
I had a great service from Zerorez. The only thing is that needs to be improved is the timing schedule. I was told that it would be between 1:30 and 4:00 pm, but the service did not come until 5pm. Other than that, I am pleased with everything else- clean carpet and great service. Thank you!
I have used your services the last three times that I have had my rugs cleaned. I had a coupon -4 rooms for $99. For the first time my den area counted as two rooms, so I actually only got three rooms cleaned. Also, I noticed stains returned in my den within days. The add said you would pretreat stains before cleaning, but when I refused the extra $60 dollars for special stain treatment, I was made to sign something that said you would not be responsible. I've always been extremely happy in the past, but I won't use your company again nor will I recommend you to any of my friends, First name removed Jane Phillips
Professional technicians and good customer service
Our older carpet looks like new! Our only "negative" was that you didn't call 30 minutes before your arrival as promised.
I like the use of non-chemicals for the carpet cleaning. The carpet felt almost like new with just the use of steam. Also, the tech was very professional and explained thoroughly the process.
Your service crew were very friendly and courteous. They surveyed the areas and explained their procedures very clearly. I plan to use Zerorez for future carpet cleaning.

I still have not been able to get my jewelry certificate!
