I love how courteous and thorough your technicians are. They cleaned our downstairs carpets last year. Those still look wonderful but we had them back for the upstairs playroom and stairs this year. I was amazed that they were able to get the grease stains out of the rug from my son's drum set. I had thought that was a hopeless cause, but now my carpet looks brand new.

Upstairs cola spots didn't come up. Radio ads say you get everything up. Very little furniture was in that room. Cleaner cleaned around the floor lamp, two chairs, toybox, and a speaker. None of it was heavy.

I think it is a superior type of cleaning, leaving no residue.

The representative of Zerorez that cleaned our carpets was top notch. He is 28 yrs old and a veteran who understands the value of hard work. He is managerial material in our opinion and with good corporate training will be very successful at whatever role is deemed appropriate for him. We were very impressed!!!

I did like the way the carpet felt afterwards ( when it dried ) I was disappointed that the water based paint stains in our son's room could not come out and that a pet stain did not fully come out. Other than that, I was pleased.

Took too long. Brown spots in 4 rooms. Taking too long to return to correct. Assistant on his personal phone frequently. My carpet and tile were very wet when they left. I had to get on my hands and knees and dry the tile. At this time I do not plan to use you again.

James was great!He even showed me how he could get the dirt off the wax on my bathroom floors! He was nice, informative, polite, efficient and my floors look amazing! Thank you James!!
