Our service was completed in about an hour and the results were great! Carpet looked brand new! (And with a 2 year old and pets that is amazing!) I believe Christopher was the name of our technician and he was super nice and did such a great job! The only complaint I have is that he came at 11:30 am and we were told we had a 4-6pm time frame. I was fine with the earlier surprise time- but we didn't have the time to move our furniture and rugs ou of the way!
Being "all water, no chemicals" was the original sell for me. I also had friends recommend it three times and heard the advertisement on 102.9. I was extremely impressed with the results. We had pet stains and dirt by the back door and everything absolutely disappeared. I feel like we have brand new carpet! The pricing was extremely reasonable and Tim, our technician was EXCELLENT: professional, personable...I would 100% recommend Zerorez (and already have!)

Efficient, honest, spots never came back. This is my second time to use Zerorez and I have recommended them to others. And Caesar was excellent & very professional.
First off your tech Jarred was great he was very friendly and professional and we would request him for our next cleaning. we are satisfied with the cleaning, just not ready to jump up and down and shout it to the world. Jarred removed some tough stains, and considering your cleaning process only uses empowered water...the heavy stained areas came out great. the regular stained areas look good , I compared the area cleaned with an area I cleaned the next day with our bissel carpet cleaner and both areas were similar. we will give it some time to see if the same dirt spots will re-appear in the heavy traffic areas.

Daniel and his associate were quiet, efficient, and thorough. I explained what I wanted and they went to work. They removed stains that I thought were there for the duration, cleaned areas of the carpet that just looked dull, and made everything they cleaned look like new carpet. The empowered water technology really works. Thanks for providing such an economical and fantastic service, delivered by two highly professional technicians. I would recommend ZeroRez to anybody who wants their carpets to look like new again.

we have an older carpet and the service representative, AJ, was extremely knowledgeable in how to get it clean and explaining to us how the Zerorez process works. We are pleased with the results and would recommend Zerorez to others.

The customer service that both Randy and Nick provided when they arrived was outstanding. Even though they did not make the 4:00 to 6:00 pm window, and were late (about 7:30 pm) they both went above and beyond to satisfy their customer. Their professionalism was beyond compare and I would highly recommend these two employees and Zerorez as a company to all my friends, family and my approximately 2000 twitter followers.
Very friendly. Kenny was very informative as to what cleaners would be best for the tile to add any residue but to keep it clean. They both were courteous and had good southern manners.
