Our technician, James, and his helper, Jose, were clean, personable and thorough. They were pleasant men to have in our home. They were respectful of our home and explained what was going on with our carpet cleaning. We will definitely use Zerorez in the future.
Carpets look and smell really clean.
While they were spraying the solution/treatment on the spots the circuit breaker blew. The technician did not mention that this happened until questioned it then he mentioned it happens all the time. If it happens all the time why does this not get corrected by the company. My parents had there carpenter cleaned a few days later by another technician and again the breaker blew but nothing was said to them either.

Justin did a great job cleaning extra dirty carpet for us. However, the added tile cleaning estimate charge, although not very much, made me angry. I had inquired about tile cleaning when I called for the appointment. I was told the charge would be $1.25 per foot. I told her that was too much, I could not afford that. When Justin came, we again talked about the tile, I told him I did not want the tile cleaned. The price is too high. We have a large family room, kitchen and entry way that were all tile. Probably 500 square feet. When my receipt arrived on my computer, I noticed the tile estimate charge. There was no measurement or calculating done, no price estimate, I told Justin we did not want the tile cleaned. Why was I charged $1.25 to tell you two times that we were not interested in the tile cleaning.

I loved how clean my carpets got without having to use harsh chemicals. Also, Earnest did a professional and awesome job!
Excellent service reps in AJ and Denon. Carpeting always looks great after being serviced and for many months afterward. However, not pleased with seeing a $10 fuel charge on the invoice. Seems rather stupid to charge a customer $10 because they chose Zerorez over Stanley or Truechem or Dalworth, etc. Before recommending Zerorez I would tell the friend or business associate that Zerorez charges for the opportunity to come clean the carpets in their home or business!!!

WE WERE TOTALLY AMAZED WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK DONE BY THE TECH. WHO CAME TO OUR HOME. HIS NAME IS JOE. WE COULD NOT HAVE IMAGINED A MORE DEDICATED AND QUALIFIED PERSON THAN HIM. HIS TRAINEE MIGUEL, WAS ALSO VERY PLEASANT AND DEDICATED. WE HAD DISCUSSED BUYING NEW CARPET, DUE TO SOME HIGH TRAFFIC AREAS THAT WERE BADLY STAINED, BUT DECIDED TO TRY ZEROREZ . WHAT A GREAT DECISION !!!!! IT IS A RARE THING, ESPECIALLY IN TODAY'S WORLD, TO RECIEVE MORE THAN WHAT YOU FEEL YOU PAID FOR ! THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT YOUR TECH'S. AND PRODUCTS GAVE US. Very nice men that cleaned my carpet. Very professional. Thank you for coming on the same day I called.
Show up on time without having me wait for an hour beyond the time I was given. Have the common courtesy to call and say you will be late. The person who sets up the appointments says "we don't do that, we don't do that" to what I wanted, which was what I had in the past but was " not in the records." In the past I never had to pay way over $200 to clean 3 areas, including pet stains.
Regarding the cleaning, the tech did a good job and got my carpet clean.
