The job was quick and good. No complaints! Nice to have clean carpets again.
The technician was prompt and courteous and did a great job. He got a lot of old soap out of my carpets and he recommended a protectant that I didn't know about. I'm very happy with the service and will definitely call Zerorez for all my future carpet cleaning needs.

Courteous, professional, informative technicians
You advertise that it is suppose to dry quickly. This did not happen. We had several guest complaints for a musty smell in the theaters. We were told it was because there was a lot of soap in the carpet, that's fine but fix it don't just leave the job 1/2 way finished. We were testing Zero Rez as to maybe switch all of our DFW locations, as of right now we are not satisfied with the work.
Very thorough service and very professional personnel. The tile and grout cleaning made our 20 year old kitchen look brand new.

How the carpet looks so good after you clean it and there are no chemicals in it. It does not get dirty right away. How fast your people work and they make sure that you are happy. They redid an area that I thought needed alittle more attention and I appreciated that.
Friendly technicians and our carpets always look great
I was out in the unhappy position if being embarrassed. I understand that most companies make their commissions or additional services but this technician did not give up. He kept on offering different additional services at additional fees. All if which I couldn't afford. Hence the embarrassment.
I can already see the high traffic areas. I expected them to be cleaner than they are
My biggest problem was whilst trying to sell me carpet pad cleaning he dumped about a gallon of water on the carpet, attached a special head and extracted, what he said was all the water. Well it's now 10pm the day after cleaning and that spot is the only spot still wet.
Overall I'm not especially wowed by the results.
The associate making the reservation and the associate who cleaned my carpet were friendly and helpful. I want Straton to do my cleaning again.

The team that came to my house was very very good, completely professional! They were early to arrive, called ahead first, which was much appreciated! And once they were at the house, they were in and out pretty quick, much shorter than I expected. They had to come back out the next day to finish a room, and once again they were early and efficient. There is still a slight odor coming from one of the rooms, so I am not sure what to do about that. I may be calling back for some advice.
I'm not sure what happened. The carpets looked and smelled great when the work was completed. But, after they dried, the same stains were there, though a little faded; but, the worst part was that the odor, even after the topical treatment, was stronger than before the cleaning.
Chris and Charles were excellent. Chris was giving Charles (Charlie) information and instruction, and seems to be an excellent teacher,as they were cleaning and both were very professional.
Carpets look great and James did an excellent job showing how everything works and selling me on products I need vs ones I didn't.

Good techs & excellent results
Randy Jones arrived on time and phoned ahead that morning. The cleaning was very through and much dryer than other carpet cleaning we have had done in the past.
