I like the professional attitude of the company. I really appreciated our technician. Jamie seemed very happy working for Zerorez and eager to make our carpets look like new. He was sincerely proud of himself for how clean he was able to get our carpets. His pride in his work would make me want to use Zerorez again and specifically request Jamie.
Initial contact not very friendly. To big window for arrival time

We had Zerorez out 7/10 - Invoice #: 101255 Technician: Randy Jones. We specifically told the technician that the reason for the service was to clean pet stains caused by housetraining our puppy. While the carpet looked good that day, the next day it looked worse than before he cleaned it. When I called to complain I was asked if the technician had mentioned the extra pet stain option. He had not. The customer rep was sympathetic to my needs to have a clean carpet prior to having company over on 7/14. She had another technician come out on 7/12. Invoice #: 102003 Technician: Ernest Young. Ernest was able to improve upon the stains but not get them out completely - the carpet still looks pretty bad, but that may be because it is old carpet. Ernest was able to get out some water stains that no-one else had been able to get out for the last several years. So overall I'd rate us as relatively happy with his service. I've been a customer for several years and have noticed that the service has gone downhill. Other than Ernest, the technicians have gotten worse. I don't know if it is training or just expanding too quickly. But the next time I get my carpet cleaned, I'm going to try one of the old-style cleaners to see if it is any better.
Always prompt polite and they get my carpets clean.

JB my technician was very knowledgeable and super friendly. He walked me through the process. He even took the time to walk me through the house after he was done and make sure I was perfectly happy. I was and will be using Zerorez again.

Just uses water - no soap. The technicians were very friendly and did a great job.
Carpet streaked, seems to have clean and dirty stripes. thought is was areas that were just wetter but has not changed.
