Ernest did a fine job. your technology is good. your technician is excellent in style, thoroughness and dedication.
1) The guys that took care of the carpets were wonderful. They were clean, tidy, friendly, and explained everything to us.
2) As with something one hasn't tried before, I was a bit doubtful that your company could live up to the advertisement I heard on the radio; I should not have worried at all because ZeroRez not only lived up to the ads, but went far and away above my expectations.
3) The rates are very reasonable. A little below what I usually pay for carpet cleaning, but I certainly don't get the same value with the other companies.
4) Considering the overall experience with ZeroRez, I will not ever use another carpet cleaning company!

I was given a time window of 130-400. at 340 I get a call it will be 40 minutes for the tech. There was a truck breakdown many hours before but instead of informing me of a new time window-- nothing was done. So there I sat at my home waiting for Zerorez who showed me no respect for my time or myself.. The csr supervisor weas rude and not caring. I was given a $35.00 credit ultimately ( by Ellen ) only after a long discussion that maybe the tech would show up on time eventhough it was 3.58 and they knew he would not get there on time. When the tech showed up -- he had to call in and that wasted another 30 minutes to resolve the situation.
Some small furniture and planters were not moved; carpet was cleaned around them. Also, had pet odor remover put down and it didn't eliminate the smell.
Super clean, quickly dry and no crunchy carpet
The technician was very nice and the work was done quite well.
Very efficient and friendly service and they explained everything to me. Darwin was great and I will request him and the young man that worked with him again. They went above and beyond. My rug and carpet look wonderful and they left everything clean--no mess, etc.

You only sent out one technician and he was not allowed to lift anything greater than 50 pounds, therefore, the couches did not get cleaned under. Your telephone person did not give me all of the information that I needed prior to the technician coming. I rate your company policies an "F" and your telephone trainers a "D". Your technician, on the other hand, gets a rating of "A+", as he did excellent work.
Zerorez always does a great job and our carpets and furniture look like new. There is no residue or heavy odor and everything is fresh! They are always courteous and efficient.
They did what they said they would do and with any high pressure sales pitch.
The technician was extremely knowledgeable about the cleaning and care of our carpet. He took the time to explain manufacturer's recommendations and was careful to not leave any mess behind. Our carpet looks cleaner and brighter because of Zerorez.
