Green and nice tech. Looks clean and dries reasonably fast.

I loved the service but the pet odor removal did not work. The room still smells and I am not sure it was worth the investment. Any suggestions?

All the radio ads claim more than the process delivers.
I like the advanced "green" technology and fact that little chemicals/soap being laid down and look forward to having carpet stay clean longer. I liked that Ron was efficient and did not push any additional services, but did an excellent job telling us of other services he felt that we would be interested in. I was very happy with the outcome, and have already scheduled an additional service in the next few weeks and considering several others Ron educated us on during his visit.
We had a problem with our service; my wife was told that it would be re-done
without charge. The technician tried to charge us $75.00. My wife ecplained the situation to him; he wanted to know the name of the person she had talked to. My wife really didn't think there would be so much internal lack of communication for her to have to have kept every detail. She believed what she was told by the person she talked to. So he called someone. The person he called and put on the speakerphone was unprofessional by implying my wife was making everything up. Depending on how this is resolved, I plan on calling or e-mailing Mark Davis and letting him know the unethical treatment we have received.
Then the next day, we received a statement saying we owed over $18o.oo.
great cleaning and smell, friendly, professional service
The carpet was soaking wet and the spots weren't clean. They put a chemical on where the dogs peed and it was still there . I had to get a towel and soak up the pee spots. Missed place in my mothers room. I had you out before and that guy did an excellent job. My room just smells like pee. I paid 60 extra per room for the chemical to get pee stains out and it did nothing. Like I said the carpets were soaking wet.
Joe and Chris were very, very friendly, professional and did a great job! They exceeded my expectations. Joe was especially personable and did an exceptional job. I would definitely recommend Zerorez and their services!

A friend Francine Jeffers recommended you to us. Overall, we were pleased. Carpet took much longer to dry then we would like. It was late the following day.
We had a REALLY bad stain in my son's room. I would clean it and it would be back in a day or two. I wasn't going to bother cleaning it. The technician said he thought it would come out and stay out. I couldn't believe it. It looked like a new carpet (it's at least 20 years old and white!) and it has been 2 weeks and it still looks great. The Tech was friendly and professional and did an outstanding job. He moved the furniture that needed to be moved and everything looks great. I will be calling them to do our upstairs and would definitely recommend them to others and have already.
There is no soapy residue following carpet cleaning.
Like the fact that there are no chemicals left behind.
The technicians were knowledgeable of the product and services. They explained the process thoroughly. They techs were professional and clean. The technicians were Devon, quite the worker and Joseph, quite the salesman! In fact they explained the other services offered by the company and I agreed to most of them just as soon as my budget will allow. I'm just sorry I couldn't reward them with a gratuity, I tried to stall them till the wife gets home with some cash.....but I will remember them next time!

Talkin about clean. Better than I refuse to say how old my carpet is. Everyone is very impressed .Oh, you've got new carpet? We more than happy with how clean our carpet is.

The guys that came were very accomodating. The carpeting smells and feels great. They took care of all the stains and even did my stairs as well as an area rug that I thought was beyond help due to my dog. Great job and I will definitely recommend.

The machine that pulled up dog hair was great. I really felt like it was deep cleaning and not just surface.
