Be honest with your pricing and advertising.
I was surprised to find a hidden "fuel charge" on my bill. Yes, the technicians mentioned it when they arrived. However, I spoke with your phone agents no fewer than three times to obtain accurate pricing information. At no time did any of your agents disclose the fuel charge. I perceive this as deliberately deceitful.
Also, your radio ads profess that your cleaning lifts and re-twists the carpet fibers. When I asked the technician to explain how his "wand" could do such a thing, he replied that the 'lift-twist' treatment was just for some carpets and did not apply to my carpet. Your radio ad should explain this clearly stating that your process is limited to select carpets. Again, I perceive this as deliberately deceitful.
Finally, your technician stated that if I did not score every question on this survey as "10" your company docked the technician's pay. that is very disappointing since the comments for this question have no relationship to the quality or friendliness of the technician.
I was very impressed with Ken and Juan. They did a great job and let me know exactly what to expect. My carpet looks great and I was especially thrilled about the short drying time. I usually have to wait overnight for the carpet to dry, but no more! I will be using Zerorez again in the future! Oh, the price was great, too!
I was extremely impressed with the tech's knowledge and level of professionalism he displayed.
Service was great. Every part of the process was explained to me. Problems with the condition of my carpet that needed to be taken care of were addressed, and no pressure was put on me to add the services. I had an amount in mind that I didn't want to go above and the techinician worked with me to get the needed treatments done and not go over that amount. Carpet looks wonderful, and I will definitely recommend and use Zerorez again.
When I have had other companies do carpet cleaning in the past, the couple of guys moved my couch/chair/table and cleaned under them and then put them back with foam blocks beneath. I only got the center of the room done, instead. Also, I had to kill about 30 mosquitos in the house because the door was not held closed around the hose. I would like to see Zerorez find a way of keeping the bugs out while they are working inside with the hose in the door. I am still finding more mosquitos inside from that day. I was disappointed with the carpet stain protection option that was option. If you claim to be a healthier alternative to traditional carpet cleaning, offer a stain product that is green/healthy instead of Teflon. People who are interested in Zerorez for the health/green ideas it has, will know that Teflon is well known for offgasing potentially dangerous chemicals.
Randy Jones did an outstanding job prepping and cleaning my carpets. He was very courteous,took time to explain each step of the process of which he had great knowledge, and is an extremely personable, kind gentleman that represents Zerorez very well in his interactions with customers. My only negative experience was that some of the cleaning fluid near where the Zerorez van was parked in front of my home got onto my lawn and I have a 4' square brown patch of dead grass subsequent to contact. There is also a stripe of dead grass from the hose that was placed from the van across my front lawn to the front entry to my home that is brown / dead. Please use caution going forward to keep the solution and hoses, etc. on concrete or asphalt surfaces to avoid additional damage to landscape and lawns of Zerorez customers. I would also like to know when I will receive my $50 Gift Card / Certificate for dinner at Estilo Gaucho Brazilian restaurant in Frisco.

The service techician did a great job. He was very thorough and polite. His name was Jeremy Denman. I was worried that he was going to be tired as it was late and I was his last job. But he did a great job. I will request him next time I call.

Clean, clean, clean!
Your technicians were friendly, kind, and very professional. They did not rush through the process. They took out the time to explain what and why they were doing what they did. We are very impressed by Zerorez! Joe Martin and his partner ROCK!

There was a bad dusty film on the tile floor after the treatment. Zerorez couldn't get another tech out for a week, unacceptable. I ended up mopping with a wet mop, then a swiffer 3 times and there is still residue of some kind. Called to schedule some one to come out and the service person was very rude. Got a manager she set up another day said they would call Saturday to set time, I never received the call. SO today I don't know if or when they will be here. ALSO, there was a rug to be cleaned that never got cleaned.

Tell your customers up front that there are extra services you will be offered and the cost of those services up front that are in addition to the "$99.00" special that most likely called for. The give away gift card should not be part of any negotiation. I believe the phone salesmen had told me we had a free dinner? I forgot and it never came up during the appointment. The method appears to be really good, the carpet looked good, the techs were pleasant and respectful and did a good job, just a little too much selling for me.
it completely got rid of the urine smell in the carpets. The technician was very thorough.
Clean products - no residue
Friendly technician and excellent results.
Everything was clean and it dried quickly. He actually showed us how gross the ducts were before cleaning them, and the cleanse of the AC coil was important since two people in my family have asthma.
Best of the best in carpet cleaning.
This is my second time using ZEROREZ services. The first time last fall you did an incredible job. This last time last week was not as good. There were still dark spots left on the rug in the MBR. I mentioned it to the technician and he said he went over the area 4-5 times and its as good as it will get. He said it was the wear pattern in the rug. Not satisfied with that response as I have carpets that are older than the MBR Berber and it cleaned better than this area in question. So if that is the best you can do , I guess its the best you can do. But I don't think I could honestly recommend your company for the tough jobs as your ad suggest... because your best was not good enough in this case.

Everyone that has come out to clean our carpets have been very nice and professional.
I will say Chris Arthur was the last person to come out and clean on 7/24/13 and I was very impressed with him, he has been the only person to go back and vacuum up the dog hair that comes to the top after he cleaned... and the impressed me greatly!!
I like that there wasn't a chemical smell (left behind) and that the carpet didn't feel damp. (Please let me know when I will receive the $50 Brazilian steakhouse giftcard.)
