Tech didn't have brochures with him, need for an appointment this week - creitical
I have personally used your Company for many years and have recommened @ least a dozen co-workers or friends to you. We also have used you here at the dealership and dealt directly with Mr. Bo Hopkins. This last experience has been totally unaccectable from not showing up or calling for a Sat, July 27th appointment here, and last Sat showing up late, with only one worker, and then having your equipment break. I've had two employees stay late the last two Sats, paying them overtime for NOTHING! Not to mention all the trouble of our employees moving their furniture, not once but TWICE FOR NOTHING!!
Service reps attitude and ability in our home.
However, your advertising is misleading. Your radio ads speak of $99.00 for three rooms plus one room free. Nothing is mentioned about a $10.00 upcharge for "gasoline." I was informed of this upcharge when I called to make an appointment, and I accepted it. I already told some friends over the weekend about the good service, but my letting them know about the un-advertised upcharge TURNED THEM OFF. Be upfront--advertise $109.00. When I go to a shoe store, they don't quote a price of $75.00 plus a $5.00 upcharge; they quote $80.00. Enough said.

Great customer service.
The service was fine and I am pleased with everything except the add-on cost. I couldn't see the detailed bill from the hand held device. I am shocked how much the additional services added. I do not know what one of the charges was. So happy with the carpet but feel it was totally misrepresented in my initial understanding

I was able to quickly book the service and the technician was professional.
The service with the carpet was very good. The guys parked the cleaning van on the street at the front. Where the machine releases its hot water or were they cleaned the unit killed a big spot in my yard at the curb.
It was the best cleaning job we have had done.
The servicemen were very courteous and did an excellent job in cleaning the traffic areas which is what I had requested. I will have Zerorez back in about 6-8 weeks to do wall-to-wall before I put the house on the market. One thing though I spent more than $200.00 I didn't get the $50.00 gift card for dinner which I had been told I would receive.

Randy Jones was my tech this time and he truly provided excellent service and did an exceptional job on my carpet - best service yet from Zerorez. He used the pro-brush which made the WORLD of difference - no other tech had ever used that on my carpet. What ever he did it made my carpet look almost new again which I had not experienced before with prior Zerorez services. Thank you Randy!!
How carefully you clean tile & grout.
Splashed up on the stainless dishwasher and now we can't get it clean. It is stained.
The service tech (Luke) arrived as scheduled, provided the services in a very speedy and professional manner, and the result was wonderful - as expected. It is a shame that 10 is the highest rating possible. I would give Luke a 15!
I like most of my experience with Zerorez - the professional who came to serve us was most helpful. He took the time to listen, to explain and even went the "extra mile" to assist us in another area with a stain. We appreciated his attention. He was also quick to arrive and took his time in getting the job done. However, as I'd suspected, hot water is not enough to remove the stains completely, nor the normal wear of dinginess. I'm hoping I will appreciate this type of cleaning in time without the use of harsh, dirt trapping chemicals.
