My service tech, Paul, was so professional and courteous. He recommended a treatment to permanently remove some horrible areas after my elderly dog got sick the week before. I trusted what he said even though it cost me more than I planned to spend initially. However, I believed that had I done a minimal treatment (just cleaning vs drenching the areas), the spots would have come back and/or not be sanitized properly.

My house smells great again. Additionally, I just told my husband that the cleaning must have really worked because my old girl (dog) will now go and rest in the previously soiled areas which she avoided right after it happened (even after we cleaned it up of course...including using a vacuum unit that washes and picks up the soils, however, this time it didn't do the job.)

The technician explained the process and although the carpet was "cleaner", we decided not to do the house due to the amount of wear on the carpet. I will call on Zerorez in the future. I was impressed but we need to change out our carpet first.

You don't use chemicals! I strive to live an organic lifestyle which is more than just eating organic foods, it's also being conscious of environmental exposure to chemicals. I believe that I have a responsibility to provide an home environment that is free from chemicals for my family and pets.

I like that fact that no chemicals are used and the carpet drys relatively quickly. The technicians are always courteous and professional and seem willing to please.

The crew was impressive as to their knowledge of proper cleaning and then backed it up with the very impressive results. We were contacted by telephone solicitation about 6 or 8 months ago to clean our carpets. We told them " we use Zerorez, but they said they have the same equipment and a better price ", so we were quoted a very good price and regrettably they did out floors. They called the next day for feedback. I told them "the equipment is evidently worn out and the technicians did a very poor job. I will get Zerorez to come over and do the carpets properly". So I called and your crew has made our carpets look like new again. Thanks Guy & Pauline Horn

I like how clean they make my rug. I would though like for the service person to make sure that the hose not leak all over my other floors and also leave his shoe prints as well.

fast service, dries quickly without much odor

Product works... but your front office is a mess. Growth is good but it can also turn people off. Much work is needed in this area. Your general communication is bad with the customer and not much better between operations and service.

What I like is your personal; James and Joe. They were professional, thorough, and kind. They worked well together and kept the process moving smoothly. They also interacted well with my family, there are lots of children here.

Technicians were friendly courteous and took their time to do a extremely excellant job. Joshua did his best to make sure the pet urine was completely removed form the carpet. I appreciate their efforts.

dont use soaps - on time - very professional

It left my carpet very soft and brighter. It is a long shag and had matted down. I did have quite a few pet stains. I was surprized at the cost of cleaning the pet stains. But, I do think the result is worth it.

The guys were very professional and informative.

Could have been more punctual..

The sales men were very friendly and polite. Our entire situation has been very frustrating. We hired a pet sitter while on vacation and they completely neglected our dogs so they used our playroom as a bathroom. We hired Zerorez and while it was wet, it smelled good like the cleaner that was used but, once the carpet dried, it smelled JUST AS BAD as before! The rep said it would be better, just not the best it could be. We did the 1st line pet treatment for $60/room, not the deeper one since that was OUTRAGEOUSLY priced at $75 for 2 square feet!!! It would be as expensive as replacing the carpet! So, we feel that we wasted money and still need to get another carpet cleaner in here that will get the odor out that is reasonably priced. Not a nice way to come home from a vacation.

Justin was GREAT !! A GOOD salesman. He did everything he said he would and then some.
