No Residue!

you said you would be here between 10-2 and I had to call at 2:30 to find out where you were and you had to reschedule for the next day and then 1 hour later the guy called and came to get the rug. He did not know I had rescheduled and was unaware of the delay other than to apologize that he was delayed. nice and competent when he got here but you guys had your schedules really mixed up.

Promising delivery of rugs for an event & not done(picked up on 6/28 & returned 7/17), told by three different people that rugs were outsourced for cleaning, then told no that Zerorez does them, no response from JB after leaving messages, rugs returned but not tagged properly as they had to go find my rug at warehouse, then got a call from Edwin 6/27 telling me my rug was ready!!!! Was not my rug & I never called back. However one of my rugs that was returned had some damage from it where they hung it to dry. I took to Oriental Rug Cleaning myself as it was quicker and I didn't have to get the run around. Customer service & follow up incredibly bad. Lots of confusion, lack of customer service, definitely lacking in training.

I have used your services before and I have always been pleased. But this time was "over the top" and "better than ever" - the two guys you sent to my house were absolutely fabulous - they did an EXCELLENT job - I will request them for my next cleaning for sure!

I like the fact that the carpet doesn't seem to get dirty as fast afterwards as it does with other carpet cleaners. Cesar did a good job and it only took 30 minutes. It also dried fast this time.

We were promised a service that would not take away the color from the rugs, well that's not true and as far as my telling my friends and family about your service I can't do that because I don't want anyone else to be taken advantage of as I was because I heard about you from a friend and that friend will be hearing from me. I've got to tell them how I feel about what has happened to me.

That they are all-natural and safe for our little one to roam around on

Not a good experience. The only person who saved the mediocre transaction was Richie, your technician who did a fabulous job. I had problems getting a receipt and problems woth scheduling, etc. You had your chance and muffed it.

The Gentlemen who were here were very professional. They got stains out of our outdoor furniture cushions that we thought were there for good. They look as good as new.

I did not appreciate the attempts to upsell me on treatments.

The cleaning was good and the staff was good. But they placed their drain hose in the yard and kill a 3 foot circle of my grass. It was burned white 3 hours after they left, and the ground was still wet where they were.

The technician was very rude and condescending to my husband before I arrived. If I would have know that I would have asked the technician to leave immediately. This whole issue has been awful. I have been insinuated to be a liar and my husband was given the third degree. And for the record, the carpet "repair" sucks. It looks worse than it did before you fixed it " for free" in May. We are long time customers and this is amazingly disappointing.
I plan to file a BBB complaint. It is such a shame. We love your carpet cleaning. But the way you treat customers will ultimately overtake the way you treat carpet. People will grow very weary as I have. I would welcome your call. But only from someone at a level able to make a positive difference.
