I liked the way Jake Snow explained the way he was planning to clean my carpet. I have a dog and there was some problems with the carpet because of doggy stains which were totally eliminated. I was referred by a friend who told me Zerorez was excellent. I plan to call them in the future as I was very satisfied with the service I received.

There is very little (very little) exposed floor space in the master bedroom, so I was disappointed to see that the guys didn't do the floor in the small walk in closet. Also, in the baby's room, there is a long patch of carpet between the crib and the wall, easily accessible by simply scooting a light glider forward 6 inches. They just left that uncleaned as well. I certainly didn't expect them to move the crib, etc, but there were some areas that could easily have been cleaned, and likely would have been, had this been their home. So that's where I was disappointed. I feel like it was the end of the day and they were just fine with cutting a few corners. They were very pleasant and seemed like overall good employees, so I'm a bit puzzled.

JB did a fabulous job on getting the stains out of the carpet.

I had placed an order and was told it would be delivered on Saturday August 3 between 10-2.

Waited until 2:30 for the delivery. Guess what wasn't even on the schedule t be delivered today. Rep thought I already had the product ordered. If I did I sure wouldn't be calling.

Wasted my Saturday Waiting.

They did a great job - removed stains and made the carpets look like new! Both of the workers worked hard and were polite, efficient.

Again, Zerorez has cleaned another condo of mine and once again, they did a superb job. Not only are they courteous but they are strictly professional in every way. The men couldnt have performed done their job better.!!! My carpet is spotless and odor free. I am a happy customer.

You had my order for over a month. I had to call and request drop off. When crew arrived they had both my curtains and another persons ties. They didn't even bring my rug. That I clearly stated in my phone call with the manager.

Justin is a very committed and excellent technician. He did a wonderful job cleaning and he was very professional.

The products worked on coffee and tea stains.

Promptness, professionalism of your staff, great work they do, this was third time.

Would have one caution, vehicle was parked next to a shrub, the exhaust from the pump turned a large spot on the shrub very dead, shrub will survive, but might caution them to park with exhaust away from shrubs.

James was very personable and extremely careful working around furniture in place and items on the wall. He was very knowledgeable about our carpet's specific issues and was candid about the work needed to bring them back as best as would be possible. I can honestly say that our moderate grade carpet has never looked better since being installed five years ago. We will require another treatment in 3 mos. to get all the "soap" out that another cleaning company left behind and I can't wait to see how much better it will look even then. Incredibly fast drying and so soft (even with some soap still left in the fibers...as referenced above).

I shall mark my calendar for a November cleaning with pleasure!
