I like the way Zerorez cleans my carpets, however, the Dallas office could use some help in being more customer service oriented. I also can't believe that you would have your staff lying to me-not once, but two times on Tuesday. Why did they lie and who was telling them to lie to me? I consider that just so unprofessional and that says a lot about the way the company is being operated.

Jake was very professional when he came to my home and made me feel like he cared about me as a customer and wanted to be sure that I was satisfied with the service.

Zerorez cleaned an oriental rug for us approximately 1 year ago or less and the fringe is deteriorating. The rug was very expensive. When you cleaned the carpets at 4585 Courtyard Trail, Plano 75024, on August 1st, you said that the technician would look at the rug which is now in our home at 4604 Ainsley Dr., Plano 75024. He reaffirmed that the fringe is coming off. He also called the office to report his findings on that date. He told us that someone would contact us concerning the damage done to the rug and as of today I have not heard from Zerorez. I also called but had no response other than someone would call.
You ask how could you improve...take care of your customers. I might add that we are a repeat customer and have recommended you to others.

You guys did a great job. From the time I called Zerorez to the time the tech left everything went smoothly. Our carpets look new again. Thanks!

Service was prompt, thorough, and left no after odor. Tech was knowledgeable and polite, and answered all my questions. I have already recommended Zerorez to a friend.

Before the team cleaned, I offered to vacuum but they insisted they would get the stuff that needed to be vacuumed. Afterwards, I spent a great deal of time picking up debris.

Despite what was in our "notes", we were told the time would be between 4 & 6. When no one had arrived by 6, I called. Then I was told the time was until 6:30. As it turned out, the worker didn't arrive until 6:50. I understand the cause - the other customer asked for more service - but that sure put us late since he didn't leave until nearly 8. Please make sure that customers are told the last time of the day is from 4-6:30. By the way, the carpet looks good.

Old stains came out of our carpets; I was very pleased with the results!

We are in process of selling this home and are not living in the area now called you and while you did a great job the final details of putting furniture back in the formals wasn't done 3 showings later we find out.

Friendly, competent staff

After I saw what they pulled out of the carpet I was absolutely amazed. The people that lived in the home before we move in had a dog and I have never saw so much dog hair and urine removed from the carpet it was unbelievable and the technicians were kind and very good at what they did.

You guys are great! I appreciated the telephone call to provide a timeframe for your arrival and the call the day of service to let me know you were on the way. The technician was very good at his job and accommodating to my requests. He did a great job and was very careful as he worked.
My very old carpets look great and feel so good to walk on. I will recommend Zerorez at every opportunity that I have. First name removed S.

Anthony the tech was courteous throughout our interaction. He was ahead of schedule and called ahead to see if I could accommodate. He was very efficient in time useage and cleaning carpet. The carpets cleaned up nicely and look fantastic !! I will always recommend Zerorez.

Timely, professional!

Concerns that tech actually did what he said he was going to do w/ air duct cleaning, all lines cleaned and sealed, I have not received, restaurant gift card as advertised.

Service was great. Unfortunately the stain i desperately wanted removed still remains.

There was no one at the main facility when my service was completed to accept my credit card payment, so the technician left with all of my credit card information - which is not comforting.

But the guy who did the work seemed very knowledgeable and again did a good job.

Empowered water treatment left no residue and did a thorough cleaning. We will definitely use your services again and will request Joshua Benitez.

Quality of products and services

Staff member who cleaned my carpet was very courteous and knowledgeable of his craft. He was very polite and respectful. He arrived on time and did a great job!

Less water so carpets dry quicker. Carpets are brought back to original fluffiness.

We are amazed how clean the carpet is, we had some pet stains that were really bad and now they are gone. Ceaser was so helpful and really nice you can tell he cares about the client when he is there. I had heard great things about Zerorez and everyone of them is true.
