James who came to my house as amazing. He explained everything he was doing and also provided additional services such as cleaing the Travertine and therefore was a great sale for the company.
Keith was our tech that came out. He did a wonderful job. He was very kind, explained everything he was going to do and what was used on the carpet. The carpet looked brand new when he got finished. Would use ya'll again when the time comes to clean my carpets again. I will tell all my friends when they need to get their carpets cleaned to make sure and use Zerorex.
They are safe and effective. Chris was very knowledgable when explaining it all to me. He did a wonderful job and our carpets look great! The only question I have is we were supposed to get a $25 El Chico gift card and I did NOT receive that.

seems to really get out the "stuff" that is embedded in the carpet. A little disappointed that a stain "came up" and having to have "re-do" hopefully, all will be good in the end. Darwin was polite, helpful and did a good job.
Drawing a PENIS with your "inpowered" water in my front yard killing the grass. Left a lovely image for the kids in the neighborhood.
I liked that there wasn't a chemical smell. I liked that there was visual proof that my carpets were clean. The proof was the fact that the stains were gone and the dirty water after the cleaning. The guy that did our job was very profession and worked very hard on our difficult tile.

Excellent results - my downstairs rooms look great! I had Ray look at an area upstairs that Zerorez had done last week; he agreed it should look better and redid the upstairs spot - it is so much better. I really appreciated his help - even though he had not done the upstairs rooms, he was very accommodating.
Prompt & courteous service! Didn't try to over sell after explains options. Will likely have service again for tile grout.

Our carpets were quite stained and we were embarrassed to have company over. We have been planning to replace the carpet for quite some time, but do to lack of finances have had to put it off. We are very pleased with Zerorez. Our carpets look great!

Several of the spots are still visable. But, it was hard to see when wet.
I also was told on the radio with a commercial that I would receive a coupon for dinner at Brazilian Steak House for $l00. When they did not have one, or the man here was not familiar with the gift bonus, I called your office. I was told,"Oh, you only get that when you spend at least $l50". I explained that was never on the radio, it just said it was a gift for using the service. I thought that sounded very fair and called to have the carpet cleaned. You should not advertise something as a "lead" just to get calls and then not honor it. I did not like that.

The pet odor was completely removed from the carpet in the house that we recently purchased. We are amazed.
Technitians are very good and informative; but we do have an issue with little add-ons which were not disclosed up front. Very dissapointed.
You need to be more up front with your customers. Feild techs are upselling and your phone reps should give info if there are pets in the house. I will tell everyone I know about what to be ready for.
