It made my carpet look like new. I was only disappointed in the extra charges above what I thought I had made arrangements. I paid $250+ when I only intended to spend approx. $110 so I was charged 2x what I planned.

The most recent guy you sent out was very knowledgeable and did get my carpets much cleaner. He also was great at explaining how the stains were removed.
My concern is that it took 3 guys to get what I believe is good service. And, as I mentioned in a previous survey, it seems like the quality of your staff (basic staff - not the last 2 'specialty' guys) has really gone down.
Great Techs, know their stuff.
The technician spilled something on my lawn and I now have a large patch of dead grass. Also dinged the door casing and took chips out of it. In addition, didn't get coffee stains out.
The customer service tech was knowledgeable and gave advice on possibly getting a refund since I'm a renter. He was very thorough and organized. And my wife was very happy with the results, which in turn made my day. Great Job Zerorez!!!
Less residue
I moved most of the furniture and empty book shelves and stero equipment thinking a couple of worker would come to move the heaver items. My 75 yr. old uncle was there due to me having to be at work and he ended up having to move it. Plus the spots came right back.

Initially, I wondered if the commercials and advertisements were true. I liked the fact that Zerorez does not use soap but only "empowered" water and that it is green technology. The fact that it is safe for adults, children and pets is important to me as well as it did not leave a strong ordor in my home. What I learned was ZeroRez claims are true. My carpet is 21 years old and is a very light beige or cream color. I have children and pets in my home. Although, we have taken very good care of our carpet through the years, it still showed signs of wear, especially in the high traffic areas. We decided to try Zerorez carpet cleaning before replacing the carpets. I can honestly say my carpets look new again. Now, let me tell you about our technician, Ron Self. He did a test area on the high traffic area and explained if we were not satisfied with the results, we were not obligated to proceed with the rest of the job. We were amazed at how much better the test area looked so we proceeded to get the rest of the job done. Ron was very careful and wore protective shoes in my house. He was very personable, courteous and professional. After the job was complete, Ron spent some time with us explaining other services Zerorez offered such as air conditioning filters (which we will probably buy at a later date) and air duct cleaning. He was very knowledgeable about all the products and spoke very highly of Zerorez as an employer. We were very happy with the results we received on our carpet cleaning but we also think alot of that was due to our technician Ron, who did an outstanding job and left us with a very positive experience. Overall, we were very happy with our experience with Zerorez and will be repeat customers as well as recommending Zerorez and Ron Self to our family and friends.
