The first time, the equipment left 2 stains on my front bedroom carpet. Also, the exhaust from the van killed a patch of grass in my front yard. The second time, the stain was not fully removed. The third time, I think you are out. I think a refund for the carpet cleaning would be in order, since I have had to be available 3 times and will have to fix my lawn to make my house showable to sell. The people-Darwin and Chris have been very polite and nice, but that doesn't overcome my frustration with the product.
Chris, our technician, was very knowledgable and helpful in determining what we needed specifically. I really appreciated him!
The guys were very professional and did a great job cleaning my carpets. All pet stains are gone and carpet looks great. They were also very thorough moving furniture and putting pads under all furniture to protect my carpet/furniture. I was extremely happy there was NO soapy mess left on my wood and tile floors like I have had with other carpet cleaners. I should not have to mop my floors after my carpets cleaned :). I also had several pieces of furniture cleaned and they look and smell great. Lastly, my carpet looked very wrinkly after being cleaned, but when fully dried - it all laid down smoothly. So don't fret if you have same - it is your carpet!

The prices are very reasonable, although the initial offer for the air duct cleaning seemed misleading. When I first accepted the offer of a "full system" clean, I assumed that included all parts of the system. However, our service tech Daniel pointed out that the blower fan was not included in the price and that fee alone is normally $200. I mentioned to him that I felt that it was misleading to not be presented that option by the initial agent, but Daniel said that he would do it for $100 because he wanted to make sure I was a satisfied customer, to which I agreed to that price. I then voiced my concerns to the supervisor Kelly who represents the agents and she apologized for the aforementioned cost not being presented in the offer and agreed to make note of it for further trainings of the agents. This professional courtesy is what has sold me on Zerorez, let alone the fact that when it comes to carpet cleaning, absolutely NO chemicals are used.

Commercial sales rep. is not very responsive. Your accounting team does not communicate very well. We were over charged on our first invoice & I was still getting calls MONTHS later to pay a balance that was not due.
The product used to clean spot on rug did not get out the spot. it turned my wool carpet a light pink color. everything else about the service was very good but I am sorry that the carpet didn't clean well.
I am pleased I don't have any brown spots on the carpet. No odor and the carpet was dry in about 2 1/2 hours.
Also, your representative Jeremy was very professional and did an amazing job. 1st time I have ever been so pleased with anyone cleaning my carpet.

The young people who provided the service were very polite and very efficient. We were very pleased with their behavior and the results of their work. We have, in fact, already recommended you to two of our friends. We can't say enough about the work they did and their courteous approach. They were Jake and his trainee Erica.
