Didn't really look any different when he left. Really dissappointed....
the process cleaned our carpets better than ever before and pretty close to original - this on 11 year old carpet! Randy (technician) was great and I felt went above and beyond as he worked around large furniture I did not want to move. Shortly after he left I had a window replacement person here to give me a price on replacing some fogged windows and I showed him the carpets. He was so impressed he said he was going home to call ZEROREZ to do his home. Great job, thanks!

technicians are very courteous and very willing to make sure they completely satify the customer.
The service tech was prompt, knowledgeable, polite, and performed the job quickly. My husband and I were amazes that the animal soil stains were removed. The carpet looks almost new!

The effectiveness of the cleaning.
They are environmentally friendly! I will never use anyone else!! Technicians are very friendly, efficient and there when they say they will be!
Agreement stated on phone when I made the appointment was for 3 rooms for $99.00 with 1 addtional room at no charge (this was because the water park tickets which were mentioned on the John David Wells radio program were not available). There was to be an additional $10 fuel charge. I agreed.
When your serviceman arrived he began measuring rooms and said there would be an additional charge.
I agreed and he began the cleaning process. In a while he came to me and said he didn't have a long enough hose and would have to wait for your company to bring him one before completing the job.
The serviceman was very nice and did a nice job. However, I was very disappointed with all the little surprises I encountered.
Some of the stains came back. I am not sure it is your fault, I think the stains are the results of glue from a floor job that was done while we were out of town.
I love the way our carpet looks and we had exceptional service. Very, very pleased. I will gladly recomment to our neighbors and friends.

Your ads on KRLD said clients would receive a $25.00 gift certificate from El Chico. I patronized you twice and they were not given to me by your tech: the same one both times.
Plus, plz quote your fees including all fees and taxes. What are you hiding by excluding them?
Do the right thing!
Friendly helpful staff arrived early, got down to work and cleaned my carpets paying special attention to my areas of concern. Informative my carpets dried quickly no chemical smell. Will recommend to family and friends. I will use zerorez again.
My carpet looked so clean I was amazed of the results I will certainly use ZEROREZ again couldn't even tell I had dogs no terrible order left behind even after the so called pet treatment they said they used from from the last carpet cleaning service that I would not ever recommend to anybody I would recommend ZEROREZ for sure.
I hadn't had my carpet cleaned in a long time so wasn't sure what to expect. I don't have a lot of money to spend either. I wished I could have moved some of the furniture around to get cleaned around it. The experience was okay.
We were very impressed at the way our technician, James Branch, made the carpet look brand new again. My husband and I really enjoyed talking with him as well. He was very personable and nice, and wonderful at explaining and demonstrating all the different products and services you offer.
Our 11 1/2 year old carpets look and feel like new. Darwin did an excellent job.
I was quoted $175 over the phone and then booked my appointment. When the technician came, suddenly I'm paying over $300. And that was before he tried to upsell me to either $700 or $1100. I don't need a guilt trip for not choosing the upsell after I already spent almost twice what I was quoted. Pretty shady. I won't be using y'all again.

When you charge so high even for non guaranteed pet treatment, at least promise to fix the problem, rather than saying you give a "30 day guarantee", promising 100% satifaction and following through.
