I brought a small rug to be cleaned at the end of June. After 5 weeks and no communication from your company, I started calling to find my rug. It took about six calls and another 3 weeks before I got it back.

Our guy was on time and explained everything clearly. The carpets and our area rug looked AMAZING after the cleaning, we were very impressed, especially because no chemicals were used in the process.

I contracted with Zerorez as I'd heard about your "green" cleaning, and wanted to see how using minimal products would help our home. We have breeding Labrador who is very sensitive to chemical scents and I wanted to minimize his exposure.

I have used the company twice for my own house and have referred many people to you. Excellent customer service and great results. Doesn't get much better than that!

I noticed the crew that completed the work at the 651 address did a more thorough job.
On the work your crew did for me at 3832 Matterhorn, Plano TX - I had to call the cleaners back to complete the job. I still have more carpet stains that were not removed after I went back a second time.
So consistency is something you can work on. It appears you get different results with different crews.

Our office carpets had not been cleaned in Several years. They look so much better now!! Thank you sooo much. The guys who came to do the cleaning were very professional, nice and thorough.

It was however, very challenge getting in touch with someone to actually schedule the cleaning. I left a good, few messages on Friday, and had to call back the following Monday afternoon 2 times, as well. I had to work very hard to get in touch with someone to get scheduled. The actual carpet cleaners were also 45 minutes late. I was told they would be here on time. When I called to find out where they were, I was told we were in a window of arrival time between 1:30 and 4, which I WAS NOT TOLD when I scheduled. What I was told was that since this was a business account, they would arrive at designated arrival time of 1:30.

Lucky for y'all, I am a bit of an environmentalist So, was willing to call and call. Next time, regardless of your chemical free process, I would Not be willing to work so hard to get scheduled.

Overall, very happy with cleaning results.

How quickly it is dry and how clean it looks. My carpets look brand new.

There was a problem with the equipment. Had to waite for someone to bring more.
Otherwise the cleaning was good.

Your two service men that came to our house were informative, polite, and did an excellent cleaning job.

They did a great job cleaning the carpet and were able to kick in the carpet that was loose.

Let us know all costs in advance. Didn't like the sales pitch on the protectant.
