The equipment was clean, not even loud from the van... Nothing much was brought into the house except the hose (which was clean too) The overall smell of the cleaning process was....well... CLEAN SMELLING not perfume tainted or dirty/musty smelling!
No SMELL. Usually after shampooing my house smells like a combination of wet dog and deodorizer and my tongue burns for days. NO SMELL. I love it!

No odor, products did a great job on some difficult spots and very dirty carpet and tile. Joe and Ricky were personable, professional and thorough. I will ask for them again, since I won't consider using anyone else in the future.
Lower prices and cosistant prices charge one way one time and another way thenext time spots returned the next day. Also give regular customer discount prices
actually caring about how the work will effect other parts of the house.
My carpets were not that bad to start off with except two areas and those two areas were no cleaner after your guy left. After he left I took my carpet cleaner and went over the area and got the stains up. My neighbor came over and asked about zerorez and I told her not to bother because it really didn't do the job. Your guy was great I just don't think using the water alone was good enough to clean the area. It was a high traffic area around my couch and around the back door. I pointed them out to the guy and he said he would do his best so I don't blame him your product just didn't work which kind of made me unhappy especially after I paid almost $300 to get this done. I am very much a naturalist and didn't want to use chemicals and if I had known that the one area that I truly needed clean wouldn't get cleaned I would have done it myself. I will admit that the machine he used prior to doing the cleaning did get up more dirt but other than that I was not pleased at all.

We signed up for the 4 rooms for $99. When tech arrived he said I had to have extra cleaning for $60 per room . My total went from $99 to $249.
Feels a little like a bait and switch scheme. And the tech was only at our house for 1 1/2 hours for the cost of $249.

Our carpets look great. We had our carpets restretched, dark stains removed, and carpets cleaned. Our workers were courteous, respectful, explained everything and answered all our questions.
We also had our air ducts cleaned. These two men worked constantly and did an excellent professional job!
