What could we do to improve?

The technician was wonderful had a great attitude. The bottom line to me, is that you're way too expensive! I spent $600 yesterday on cleaning carpets.
I understand I needed extra things for my pets But $600 is absolutely ludicrous

What could we do to improve?

1)Disclose all prices ... no one told us about the cost of stairs, Dalworth charges as a room.
2)Several attempts were made to change our appt. time. We initially made the appt. window from 4-6. When called to confirm they told my husband 1-4 and again the day of, they said 1-4. Our initial appt. was kept and the service person arrived at 4:20
3)We were told we would recive a receipt by email, 24 hours later we have not received a receipt. But we do have this survey, so we know you have the correct email address.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I only got an estimate. I know your service is probably the best but for me it is a little pricey for just two sofas for now. No one that I know could pay that price right now either. Maybe in the future we can use your services.

Joe was quick and made things easy. Our carpets and tile are clean and we can breath easy putting our crawling baby on the floor.

They came back out and fixed the problem. the only the suggestion I have is that if they did it the way they did it the second time I wouldn't have had any problems. So I will be giving you all a call in the future but hopefully they can do it right the first time.

I was told the carpet would be dry in 4 hours but the stairs and a few other places were wet until the next day. Wet feet get slippery and track on the travertine floors! Other than that, the carpets look good.

What could we do to improve?

If you insist on doing a sample Tile cleaning for a customer, dont do it in the center of the room. We could not afford to have it cleaned and now we have a 2x2 foot area in the center of our kitchen that looks really clean and so now we will have to come up with the money to have the rest cleaned to match.

I like the scent that the product leaves in the home after cleaning. Also, the limited or non-use of harsh chemicals will allow my carpet to last longer.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Be careful not to upcharge people. The technician tried to upcharge me....for stain removal that ended up not coming out completely. The quote I received was 3 rooms for 99.00 so then all of sudden the bill was like 180.00 Thank god my husband was here questioning what in the world was so expensive. The guy listened and our bill was more but not that ridiculous. Your technology didn't work on the spots. Thanks unfortunate.

no soap in the water helps to cut down on repeat stains and keeping new ones from showing. also makes it easy to clean up new stains because all you need is water.

All areas cleaned up perfectly, except for a coffee spill at the foot of a staircase. However, an old pet stain cleaned up well, much to my surprise. The technicians showed up early in the window of time specified, and were very personable, neat and professional.

I did have difficulty with your voicemail system. It did not allow a response the day prior, even though the message requested I press 1 to confirm. Also the morning of the appointment I tried to get in touch when the water utilities repairmen came to my door to tell me the water was going to be shut off. As it turned out, they didn't , and all turned out well--but again, the messaging system did not work.

The carpets are cleaned and no residue is left behind leaving the carpets cleaner longer. Servicemen have always been polite and conscientious and introduce themselves upon arrival. Good service and good product.
