What could we do to improve?

Scheduling an appointment was easy. Technicians arrived when they said they would and were professional. Carpet took longer to dry than advertised, but that's okay. The only exception was the stairs - they were soaking wet, it took 12+ hours to dry, and now they have a musty smell. The carpet looks better than I anticipated, so I am happy with the process. The real evaluation will be in a few weeks, when I can determine if they re-soil as quickly as the detergent and/or chemical cleans do.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Sold me an additional service that I did not need. Then when I called to get some clarification from management, because what the technician stated and what the website stated were different, it took 4 days and multiple phone calls to receive any type of response. I was also told by customer service originally that what the tech stated was wrong, only to have the manager try to convince me otherwise. Everyone needs to get on the same page and have the same views on what zerorez provides and why. Doing good, honest work is the only way to build a good reputation and grow your business. Acting like a customers concerns don't matter, taking 4 days to respond and contradicting statements will not build a loyal customer base.

What do you like about our products and services?

Technician is very knowledgeablt, courteous, hard-working and efficient. My carpet was very dirty with pet stains as well as other stains. It now looks like new!

What do you like about our products and services?

I have my carpets cleaned about two times a year and I started using Zerorez several years ago after hearing about the company on morning radio shows - KVIL & KLUV. I was very pleased with them. I have tried a couple of other carpet cleaning companies since then but Zerorez is the best and I don't think I'll try any other companies again. My sister needs her carpets cleaned and I have recommended Zerorez to her & I will recommend Zerorez to anyone. Justin King and Chris (did not get his last name) were the technicians here this week. Justin explained other services, such as duct cleaning and A/C filters, in a very efficient but low-pressured presentation of facts. Justin & Chris worked very quickly,efficiently and were very polite. My carpets look wonderful. Thank you Justin & Chris!!!

I was diaappointed in the quality of cleaning. Living room is definitely NOT clean especially in walk areas. I would have been happier with a good steam cleaning.

I think it was a little too pricey for the quality of the product. I think $60.00 per room for the pet odor removal is too expensive.

The carpet cleaner charged us for a treatment that we didn't get. The carpet smelled sour after the carpet was cleaned. My husband called ZeroRez and a trouble shooter came out to assess the situation. Happy with how quickly the trouble shooter came out. The guy basically told my husband that because carpet has bacteria in it, it is not unusual for it to smell sour.....We were reimbursed for the treatment that we didn't receive and that's it. I called and left a message for Thomas, the troubleshooter to give him an opportunity to explain how it's ok for our carpet to smell sour, but he didn't return my call.
