My carpet is clean and the service guys were great but the carpet dried stiff and clumpy. Dal worth rakes after cleaning and it makes a huge difference.

I like the level of the steam & that it didn't leave the carpets wet. Very good workers - I appreciate the neat appearance & thoroughness of their job - only missing a couple of small areas, one under the fridge door, which could have been opened to clean that area of tile & another area where they should have moved a small table to clean or asked me to - tile also

When y'all were done, our heavy traffic areas were the same color as the carpet under the furniture, looked like brand new carpet!!!
