What could we do to improve?

The technicians were great; very professional, very nice, very respectful. However, even though they told me my carpet was in "great shape" because we do not wear shoes on the carpet or eat on, and we have no indoor pets, I was surprised that the high traffic areas did not get cleaner. I really thought I would see a difference, but it was not significant. Even the spots that were treated and appeared to be gone when the carpet was wet, came back when it dried. Just disappointed in the level of clean.

What do you like about our products and services?

We are 100% satisfied and well pleased. Exemplary cleaning! Our technician was beyond thorough, professional and well spoken. He totally explained what, how and why and answered questions. Chris L. was amazing! We've had our fill of another carpet group(SS) and their contracts. Chris removed some stains that they have never been able to remove and three that their technology created.

We are delighted to find your company. We are so satisfied, we have thrown away bottles of product from "the other people". We will not have them back in our home despite still having at least one more "free cleaning" on our old contract. Thank you Zerorez and WRR. We think you are both very special. J&J Anthony

He guy that came was such in a hurry that it looks half way done. He even forgot to do a room and I had to call and have him come back. The las time I hadn't carpets done there were no spots an now there are spots everywhere

The stains are gone and the house smells fresh.

What could we do to improve?

I was given a 4-6:30 time window for my appointment. I left our home phone and my cell number. Not having used your company before I thought the service would be completed by 6:30. During the day of my appointment I was given a call to move up my service time. This message was left on my home phone voice mail and I missed that opportunity because I wasn't home. What I think happened is that another service appointment may have been added to the daily schedule to fill the gap because our service tech did not arrive until around 6:00. We had been given tickets to the Ranger's game that night and I thought the service would be over around 6:30. Thankfully our son was able to stay at our house until the service was completed at around 7:30. So bottom line, it was not clear that the window of time given could possibly just be the time the technician would arrive to begin.

The service gentleman Jan was wonderful. Because of a breakdown of the machine, he waited over 30 minutes for another truck so he could go ahead and clean my carpet. He was very nice and an asset to your company.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I was surprised at the additional "add-on" prices. I wanted the 4 room special for 99.00 and I ended up spending 200.00. I think the product and the process is very good. I had a family room and a traffic path cleaned in a bedroom. I was told those areas are like 4 rooms.

For example,1 or 2 sprays of a spray bottle on a small stain was 30.00 extra. They went around two seat cushions on a couch and it was very pricey, also. That seemed over the top to me. I learned a lesson, the extras are not worth it, just do the straight cleaning.
