I was waiting to view the carpet after a couple of weeks because it always looks good until then. That is when the spots start showing up again. Although it has only been a week. I would like to say that the carpet still looks like new. The gentleman that did the carpet is very knowledgeable and very nice and I will ask for him next time. I would and have recommended Zerorez to several people.

The 2 1/2 hour arrival time for a business located less than 20 minutes away is absurd. If a company invests in bringing in one of it's employees on Overtime and they sit around waiting on you folks it's not a good investment.

Effective, affordable, and friendly service

Paid extra for stain remover and I feel the job did not come out well on the spots I took some peri oxide on some and they were coming out so I feel it was not worth th extra money

I have not received a receipt. I was told you would email me a receipt. Other than that, I am pleased so far. Please contact me in about 3 weeks to ask again. The young man who cleaned the carpet and upholstery did a very thorough and conscientious job.

The service was wonderful. The carpets look like new and our recliner looks fabulous.
(Which was done at no cost, by the way!)

Quick drying with no chemical smell. Carpet looks brand new!

I paid $60 extra to have a odor contol sprayed on a pet accident spot and was told the odor would not come back if I did that and that has not been the case, I can still smell the spot on the carpet. Same with some other spots in the bedroom not pet related and when the carpet dried they were still there. I thought Zerorez would be different from Stanley Steemer or the other carpet cleaners but it doesn't appear so.

I like the face that no chemicals are used. Carpet dried fairly quickly with no odor.

The product seems to be good. The carpet looks good and clean. The techician had an attitude of wanting to do whatever he could to satisify the requests made. The scheduling could use some improvement from my view. My time was tied up waiting for over 2hrs.
