You staff !!!!! They were very good at what they do. My carpets and tile looked brand new. Your process is very good.
Your add that say's $99.00 dollars for 3 rooms. Soon as the man came he started adding up, & it came to $167.00. Some of my bedrooms are half the size of a regular room because of furniture. you could do these rooms in about 10MIN. Also he counted a hallway, which is maybe 4 YARDS long. I don't know, but I thought they would at least move the couch & chairs in the den. The only thing they moved was a table, & put the little form things under it. Also they charged an extra $75.00 dollars to remove dog pee. But you can still smell it, not as bad, but needs other spots to be done. I don't mind paying the extra, but I think they could have done a better job. Name removed.

Got a in home quote from a sales representative for a total of $230.00. I said great, and scheduled a time to have it cleaned. The cleaner got to my house and told me it's going to be $650.00. I don't know why you'd waste people's time with faulty quotes. They cleaner said the sales rep was new. Not a good excuse from a customers standpoint.
Explained well, discussed with Service rep before service, expectations exceeded.
My technician was very informative and polite.
Thomas was great. He seemed really dedicated to providing the best quality cleaning possible given the condition of the carpet.

It is the first time I've ever had my carpets cleaned that they got all the pet stains/odor out, and they actually stayed out. Didn't come back in the next couple of days like most cleaning companies. Amazing cleaning service!! I'd recommend them to everyone. Great service - fast, and dried quickly. Very professional while at my home.

Quick drying time and professional staff
This does not have any thing to do with the person or persons do the work and the carpet cleaning was good, I would not ever have the ducts cleaned again. The duct cleaning left a mess and was more than we were told it would cost...you know the added portion that is not mentioned when the appointment is made. I was told it would be $350.00 per unit. that is what we expected to clean the air ducts, nothing was mentioned that we should have our unit cleaned, I believed that to be one in the same, but not. I will recommend Zerorez to do the carpet but not cleaning the duct work, it was not worth the money and time we had to spend cleaning up after the duct work was cleaned. there was black stuff all over the top of the refridgator, on our tile and furniture. of course the carpet was clean, my sister followed with the vacuum & vacuumed after each of the ducts were cleaned out and before the carpet cleaning. Again, we are not complaining about the gentlemen doing the work, it was the SALES before the service I do not appreciate at.
