No backup plan. The electric sprayer malfunctioned. I had to wait an additional 2 hours to get another unit sent to the house. A twenty minute job took 3 hours total.
Secondly, no cleanup after work. It would have been nice to clean up some wet spots left over from the vacuum.

Front office needs training on dealing with customers and do follow through. The technician that came was awesome and apologetic. The 3 times I interfaced with the office was less than impressive.

Out of the three companies I have used since I moved here 3 years ago - Zerorez was by far the worst in customer service and performance. Even the guys who came here after your original new crew said they didn't know what they were doing (the first crew you sent). I would never recommend nor hire you again. Zero is right!

My high traffic areas did not show much improvement after the cleaning. I was disappointed.

Your techs are very polite and respectful. They ask questions and know exactly what we want when they begin the job. They are efficient and work well together.

Your servicemen always do more than what we pay for.

The techs acted like used car salesmen. They kept trying to sell me services I didn't want which was very annoying. Also, the tech said it cost $30.00 to put fiber protection on the carpet and failed to say it was $30 per room until he wanted my payment. $30 per room to hand squirt something on my carpet is ridiculous! The carpet looks good but I did not like the tactics the techs used.
