The carpets look very clean and I like that there is no residue.

I think the process works; I just think the product for cleaning urine and the way your
techs sell it is way over priced. If I had to pay for the service I would have sent them
packing. they lowered the price $250.00 from their quote. we agreed and as we started the
process they started backing up a bit on why some of the stains would not come out of the
carpet. while it took 4hrs. they guaranteed me the carpet would be try by the next day.
which was 24hrs plus. it was not. If it were me I would have declined cleaning this carpet
and had it replaced. I had the option and am sorry now I did not replace the carpet. stains
still there and there is hint of urine smell still in the carpet. I was guaranteed that it
would be eliminated. so there you go. your guys were nice and it is obvious it is a commission job.

Speed and quality of service.

Your Reps are very good at what they do, also very polite. I like that the carpets are not soaking wet. There was a slight mixup on time, no fault of the Rep (Rick) & he did make it up to me. Will see you in the next few months.

I felt that your ad was just in place to entice me to call and set up an appointment so that you could come out and sell more stuff. I felt as if I didn't buy the extra services all you was doing was rinsing my carpet. Or at least thats the way the sales guy explained it.

I like the way my carpet looks and the way my whole house smells. Our carpet is about 18 years old and it almost looks new since Zerorez cleaned it.

Our family is on a tight budget and this is the first time I've ever had the ability to scrape together some money to have our much-needed carpets cleaned. I was happy to hear about the 3-room discount on the radio. We have never had pets and have lived here nine years. I was sad when the man came and walked around with a flashlight to find animal urine, and then to tell me that if he cleans the carpet without me paying the extra "pet" cleaning fee, it's likely going to kick up a bad urine and pet smell in my whole house. Wow. What was I to do, but to spend an additional $100+ to not have my house smell after having my carpets cleaned. It seems a bit like bait and switch. The young man was very nice and professional. I'm happy to have my carpets clean. I'm sad to have spent more than I was planning to spend.

I was very, very impressed with Michael, he was very professional, very friendly and extremly well qualified amd knew what was needed and how to fix the problems with my carpet that I was not aware of. (pet problems. I wasd very pleased with the finished job and would not hesitate to call you all again. Thank you Michael for being so nice and very knowledgable about "carpets"!
