I sent an email about this and will follow up with a phone call, but our babies room still smelled like urine after having it cleaned and pet treated. Its not a high traffic area for our dogs and the technician didn't see much in the way of spots in that room to begin with. I'm just dismayed that after paying extra to get that room sprayed that there was still a lingering smell.

Make sure its right the first time...its frustrating to have to make time for someone to come back out to re-do the areas that were missed. The technicians were nice, most especially the tech that came by to re-do it (He was great.
No soap left in carpet. The carpet pile is more plush as the nap has been raised. No lingering smell. Very nice young man that did his job in a reasonable amount of time.
Very professional. Wore footies to keep from tracking dirt into the house. Nicely explained every step of the process.

make sure the carpet in all rooms are clean. when the carpet is wet, it look clean. when it dry, it is not always cleaned.

Your company consistently maintains excellent customer service. From the time I schedule service to the technicians that clean my carpets, area rugs and furniture, has always been a pleasant experience. I've been a repeat customer for over 3 years and would never consider calling another carpet cleaning service. I've used some of the other well known companies in the past with less than satisfactory results. Stains had returned and that has never been an issue with Zerorez. It's also refreshing to hear positive comments from your employees telling me how they love their jobs and their employer. That speaks volumes in how you are operating your organization. It's very apparent that you have the desire to maintain satisfied customers, and loyal employees as well. Keep up the great job you guys are doing.
I appreciated Fabian, the friendly, professional employee who came to take care of the carpet issue I had. Even though Fabian arrived at 6:PM, he was smiling when I answered the door! It appears he arrested the carpet problem I had due to a leaking A/C unit. Fabian was able to get out stains that another company could not!
