I love the fact that Zerorez made my 6 year old builders grade carpet look brand new. We are about to put our house on the market and didn't want to spend $2000 recarpeting. So we took a shot with Zerorez and they came through tremendously. The probrush machine was amazing. Our tech, Randy Jones, was outstanding. He talked me through the whole process and let me know what each machine did. I have gained more carpet knowledge than I ever though I would have. Randy is awesome and I will be requesting him next time as well. You can really tell he LOVES what he does. That speaks for itself. :)
The last few times, you've been really good about being on time. Love how the carpets look and feel and like that you only use water.

I had quite a few stains on my carpet from my kids. Zerorez got all the stains out of my carpet and it looks brand new again.
My fabrics and carpet get clean and stay clean longer even the traffic paths. Trouble areas (ink/nail polish)are either eliminated or drastically lightened. The technicians came and left within the time frame desired and were professional about wearing gloves and shoe coverings when needed. They did work with me on pricing since I had a large job.

Experienced and courteous technician. I feel like he took his time and did a very thorough job. We had a lot of residue on our carpet, so far I haven't seen any dirt coming back. There is what appears to be an ink stain that bled after he finished. I don't think either one of us knew it was there. I will have him address it next time.
Chris was very friendly and seemed to be knowledgable about the Zerorez's product and results. He took his time and did an amazing job.
The representative was outstanding. He was very courteous and took the time necessary to do a great job on my carpet. He was genuinely concerned that I had a bad experience the last time I used Zerorez and wanted to ensure that I was happy with his service. If you can get your rep's to be as conscientious as Roy is your company will surpass all others in this area.
In your ads, you state that the carpets won't be left wet and sticky. My carpet was cleaned and the technicians left at about 4:00. The carpet still wasn't dry at 10:00 PM. In addition to that, I paid extra to have a rug cleaned with the specific need of getting rid of dog odor. I was assured the odor would be gone. It is not.

Even though this was a re-do, the technician (Cody) was very cheerful, professional, and dedicated to achieving the quality of work that we should have received in the first place. He also sold us on doing the carpet protection service as well as a Zerorez cleaning product kit that we were not previously offered.

Brad was horrible on the phone. I never received a confirmation call, so the morning of the cleaning I called to confirm our 4pm appt. Later at 4:15pm when your employee had not shown up I called and spoke with Brad (who customer service claimed was a supervisor) and he said they had a window from 4:30-5:30. When I mentioned nobody said a word about a window when I scheduled the appt. or when I called that morning to confirm he argued with me. At 4:20pm Brad said he would check on an ETA and call me right back. At 4:50pm I had to call back and Brad told me " I got busy and forgot to call you back!" REALLY? Is that the kind of customer service your company offers. If it had not been for the wonderful technician Tim Moore that cleaned the carpets I would have been writing negative reviews on every social media page known to man.
Well the pet smell went down a lot but you still can smell it, it didn't go away completely. Most of my friends have pets and this didn't seem to work as well as I hoped for pet accidents.
